This is a really nice B&B alll renovated but old world charm.. on the canal with a sitting area on a dock/deck ..5 to 8 minute walk to 2 ferry bus stops ..breakfast was great.. would definitely recommend

A gem if a boutique hotel!
A little gem of a hotel on a quiet canal. This property is run by friendly, highly professional people who attend to your every request. A short walk from the airport boat and close to excellent restaurants and shopping. A fabulous four nights!

Stayed for just one night and location was great for making the most of my time, being just a short walking distance from many of the city's main attractions. The staff were also very accommodating about storing my luggage. I was in a room right next to the main entrance, which I thought might be too noisy, but it was absolutely fine during the night (although there were some loud deliveries outside in the morning). Everything was clean and beautifully presented and I would happily stay there again!

The staff was warm, caring and helpful. The room was quite nice, the breakfast was great and the location was in a quieter area, which was quite peaceful. It is about a 15 minute walk to St. Mark's Square, about 20-25 minute walk to the train station ... all reasonably convenient.

The staff were super nice and the company is responsive. The breakfast was very good and had a nice view. The room was very clean and I loved the style of the design. If I were to go to Venice again I’d stay there. Note that there will be city tax per night that you will have to pay at check out.

The host greeted us and let us leave our luggage until check in. She also had our room ready early. Very quiet and away from noisy streets but walkable. Abundant choices for breakfast. Would definitely come back here.

The hotel is in the perfect place to walk to all of the famous attractions as well as an easy spot to catch the water bus. With just a few rooms, it feels like an intimate getaway from the crowds. Breakfast was a great beginning to each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had a sweet view of the canal.

Really enjoyed staying at this friendly hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was large and very comfortable. Loved the little terrace out the back to sit at the canal. Breakfast was continental style and had a variety of pastries too. Would recommend this hotel for a nice quiet stay in a less busy part of Venice. The only noise we heard was deliveries via the boats.

This place is truly wonderful. It is down a quiet little street right on a canal. The staff are so so kind and helpful (special thank you to Natasha). There are umbrellas at the door for use, a book shelf with both regular and tour books. The included breakfast is fantastic. There is one table outside on the canal and we often brought takeaway food for dinner back to the hotel and sat out there. The bathroom has a fantastic shower with 3 options (regular, waterfall or wand). Grocery store nearby. 20 minute walk from train station. Probably my favourite place of all the places in Italy I stayed. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially the owner who took the time to chat to us throughout our stay, giving us recommendations and teaching us some Italian words. We had a room with a view of the canal which was lovely being able to see and hear the water. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. We loved the small balcony area over the canal and would often enjoy a drink out there in the afternoon watching the boats go by and enjoying the peace. We also loved the fact that there were tea and coffee making facilities available throughout the day. The hotel is in a great location, with a supermarket round the corner and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. There are a number of restaurants and bars close by and piers to take both public transport and water taxis. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

Wonderful location. Easy to get to all major parts of Venice. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Shower very tiny. Staff was helpful before and during stay although an English-speaking staff member was not always present.

This is a very small hotel, but fully renovated and very clean and comfortable. Location is great - quiet spot, but short walk to the attractions. Did a nice breakfast, with friendly, personal service. Was good choice for us.

Excellent hotel in a fabulous location!
This hotel is excellent! The location was fabulous! 8 minute walk from the rialto bridge and walking distance from most tourist sites. There is an amazing supermarket 2 minutes away that’s sells delish sandwiches, drinks, fresh bread and everything else you would need. The water bus goes straight from Marco Polo and there is a stop 5 minutes from the hotel! Very convenient. Aleksandra was so helpful! She couldn’t do enough for us and was so welcoming! The breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, eggs etc. If you’re looking for a hotel in a quiet area yet close to everything then look no further! Book this hotel! You won’t be disappointed.

From beginning to end the staff were lovely and the guest house charming. It only had a handful of rooms so was quiet and relaxed and tucked away in a calm part of Venice. We loved our stay here and will be back.

Loved this little hotel right next the canal. Our room was lovely and overlooked the canal so we really felt like we were in Venice! A comfortable bed and very clean room and ensuit plus an excellent breakfast. Plus only a 15 minute walk to the main attractions.

Best hotel in Carnareggio, Venice
Hotel is well located with easy access to water taxi to the islands of Murano or Burano and also from San Marco square. Bed was v comfortable, breakfast fabulous especially if you can get the table overlooking the canal. Communication was great beforehand and staff extremely helpful. Wpukd definitely stay here again and recommend to friends too

Fabulous breakfast, comfortable bed, Super-clean apartment, and pressed and confy sheets. Easy 5 minute access to water bus depot at Fondamente Nuove. Great shopping, landmark, and restaurant access nearby. Even provide an ice pack for my sore knee. Beautiful B & B, lovely staff & great location. We really enjoyed our stay here celebrating my 50th Birthday, the little bottle of bubbly & chocolates left in our room was an extra touch. Found the brolley useful which we were allowed to borrow for the day and plugs, bottle openers etc left for use in the reception. A little gem of a place, we would definitely return
