It would have been nice not to have to block the shower drain because of the smell. Also the heater fan worked but not the heat. Had to use the hot water from the shower to heat the room. The Richard coffee was excellent !

The reception was warm and quite efficient. The room was spacious and had the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The beautiful view of the golf course from our window was a bonus and so is the ample parking space.

There was no power outlet by the bed. Since I use a CPAP machine, I had to sleep 'the wrong' way (head where the fit was supposed to be), just to have the possibility to operate it while using the power outlet of the television. Very annoying.

Lots of space in the unit. Could use a paint job, but for the price it is very good value. Had enough plates and cutlery. Bring your own paper towels. Will stay here again.

My stay at the ResidHotel was very good. Originally I had planned to only stay 5 days, but I extended by another 2 days because it was very convenient for my needs (bike touring the area). The unit I stayed in was clean and well looked after and it was ideal to be on the ground floor to store my bike. If you don't have a car it may be a challenge to get around the local area as it is a fair ways to groceries and the like. It is possible to do on foot as I did it, but I am probably a little more ambitious than most. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay I would highly recommend this accommodation. Good value for money, clean and tidy and the staff were very accomodating.

okay, basic hotel but nothing more than that.
The hotel itself is okay and in a quiet area outside all the hassle and Basle of the city. The problem though is that there’s absolutely nowhere to go for a nice walk in the evening at all. There’s not even pedestrian walking path to go for a random 200 yards walk. As for the apartment itself, I would say it’s pleasant but the kitchenette is well dated and needs some redoing. Poor crockery and cutlery supplies too.

Out of the town delight
Great place for a longer stay near Avignon. Wish had stayed longer. Breakfast was just OK. Pool was wonderful respite. And the showers were a sheer delight after the summer heat. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Residhotel Avignon should be 2 stars
No Wifi! This was a huge downer for us while staying there for 4 nights. We brought it up to the receptionist who simply said,”well it works on my phone.” This needs to be remedied or made clear that the WiFi doesn’t work on this property. The kettle was dirty. The bedspread was wool like scratchy. The mini-dishwasher couldn’t be opened all the way because there was a wall there blocking it. The location is pretty far from the center of Avignon. There is parking but sometimes full so you’d have to wing it and park wherever you find space. The air conditioning doesn’t really work well but it was breezy outside so we opened our windows as it gets stuffy and warm inside. This hotel should be a 2 not 3 star.

Spent 12 consecutive nights here. Street number 220 missing from hotel listing. Hotel is not 1 minute walk from Mediterranean Sea, it is a 1 hour drive. No free newspapers or even papers to buy. Bare minimum in kitchen, no oven. Bring dish soap, toilet paper, tea towel. Strong internet. Quiet 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in living room. Pool clean but too cold to swim in May. Must have a car to get here. GPS may have a hard time finding hotel. Lots of shopping within a 10 minute drive. Best supermarket called E. Leclerc 5 minute drive. Easy access to toll highway, or easy drive into Avignon. Quiet safe area bordering on a golf course. Room key fits in a meter in front hallway which allows lights to turn on. No housekeeping. 2 tv's. Spacious unit. Would stay here again if in the area.

Comfortatable accommodation but a little isolated, and eating at the golf club ends in the afternoon. Although cheaper than similar accommodation in Avignon itself, the cost of taxis is exorbitant and is worth factoring in to any decision. Also getting a taxi in Avignon is no easy matter

We chose to stay here as it was close to routes in and out of Avignon and to Arles and Nimes and also L'Isles sur Sourges which we wanted to visit. We were very pleased with the spaciousness of the apartment. All the furniture was elegant and comfortable. There was both a bath and a separate shower. The kitchen area had a fridge, two burner electric hob and a dishwasher. There was a TV in both the living room and the bedroom. There was terrace with a table and chairs as we were on the ground floor. The only surprising thing was that there was no service to the room. So we had to make the bed and clean up and take the rubbish to a designated place. There was a brush and a mop to accomplish this. We always take extra towels so this was not a problem.

A pleasant and very affordable stay in Provence
Quiet area next to golf course. Well kept grounds in secure gated complex. Insufficient parking spaces so parking often difficult close to apartment. Cigarette smoke smell in apartment overpowering on arrival; after airing for 24hrs still very unpleasant & not totally gone after 8 days. On checkout I mentioned this & was told they were already aware; why then was it not aired & air freshener used before we arrived & we should have been made aware on check-in! This marred an otherwise pleasant stay. Broom cupboard with safe inside. Combined heating/aircon. Furniture seen better days but clean/adequate. Have never seen desk being used for cutlery & crockery before! Plenty of wardrobe/drawer space in sep bedroom. 2 TV's a useful+; one in lounge & another in bedroom. Kitchen storage inadequate. Toaster, kettle, chopping board, carving knives all supplied. Bathroom with large double sink, bath + wet area with shower. Shower got dangerously hot; suggest dropping temp or installing thermostatic valve. Hairdryer on wall. Ample good quality towels. 3 poor pillows forced visit to local Ikea to purchase better. No In-room info; local area map + info on launderette, take-aways, restaurants, shops etc. would be useful. Fridge not cleaned. Patio table/chairs also needed cleaning. Bathroom plus all floors/walls spotless.. Overall v affordable; would be difficult to find anything else of this standard for same low price paid, especially in this part of Provence.

Good value, close to Avignon.
This hotel was in a country area on a golf course. We traveled to Avignon and back several times each day with ease. The price was excellent, and although basic facilities, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on it. We recommend this hotel.

Great hotel about 10 mins from Avignon. It is in a calm and pleasant location. Your are in the middle of a golf course and not many restaurants close by but the stay was great and what we were hoping for.

The room is very big, nice and quiet. Good internet in room. Good price. The only con is the out of town location that you need a car. The hotel is difficult to find because there is no definite address. Try to type 220 Chemin de la Blanchère 84270 Vedène in your GPS. After that, please try to compare the google map and find the hotel. The key is the small round about. When you find the round about, you find the hotel. The nearest supermarket and dining area is in Le Pontet.
