Lovely hotel. We did experience a bad odor in the bathroom that they addressed when we brought it to their attention (from the shower drain?), but it seems odd the customer would have to note that (and it was back again to a lesser extent the next morning).

My third time at the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was that the bed was extremely hard and sleep was not good.

A decent hotel conveniently located in the town

I like the hotel and have stayed here every time when visiting the city. The attached pub/bar is great with decent, simple food and a VAST array of beers to choose from. I think it's now time for me to try somewhere new for my next visit; not because of anything negative about the hotel; it's just time for a change.

Central läge, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. bra tysta rum även på understa våningen. Hotell parkering var drop-in men ett parkeringshus finns precis bredvid hotellet.

Bra läge - men slitet och lite ofräscht

Bra läge på detta hotell i hjärtat av Västerås. Men för att vara ett hotell med 4**** bör man se till att rummen fräschas upp. Vi har bott på många Elite i Sverige och man förväntar sig en viss standard på dessa hotell Då fungerar det inte med spruckna toalettlock eller äckliga kalkavlagringar i dusch. Nej, för nästan 2k för vår natt så borde rummet och upplevelsen varit i en annan klass - men det var det ej tyvärr. Renovering och uppfräschning tack.

Mycket fint hotell med riktig stadshotellkänsls på ett bra sätt. Det enda klagomål jag har är att det var lite väl kyligt och lite dragigt på sina ställen denna vinterhelg.
