Located close enough to all the old city to walk to the ghats. Spencers supermarket nearby. The manager quickly solved our initial problems. Nice, friendly staff. No bathtub. Breakfast is all Indian food. Dinner is excellent!

Welcome to the New Version of Hotel Dolphin International. We came back again with all new upgraded amenities. We have our Inbuilt Restaurant in the name of UDUPI SAGAR - A PURE VEG RESTAURANT SPECIALITY FOR SOUTH INDIAN and JAIN FOODS. Other than this Hotel is upgraded with Smart Door lock, In Room safe, Mini Fridge, Weather Conditioned VRV Split AC, 24hrs Hot and Cold Shower, Attractive Reception along with Pleasant ambience. Hotel is Near to all major attractions like 1km to Main Kasi Vishwanath Temple, 1.5km to World Famous Banaras Hindu University, 0.5km to South People living zone like Kedar Ghat, Hanuman Ghat and 0.5km to Bharathiyar Home, Kasi Kanchi Mutt and one of the cremation ghat of Harishchandra ghat. Hotel is located in the center of the city where you can get local transport round the clock. 1km to Durga Mandir, Sankat Mochan Temple and famous Dasashahwamedh ghat and Assi ghats. 1km to Choli Amman Temple.Chats and shopping centers are near to us like walkable distance

Absoltely terrible
On arrival we were told if we needed hot water for a shower we had to notify the front desk, yes really! I definately hate sceduling moring and evening showers on vacation. No towels, no tea,coffee etc etc. Anything you would expect you had to ask for. Also to clean the room each day. The bed is hard, infact solid. Pillos lumpy and dirty as were the bed sheets. Cleanliness in general was not on the agenda. How this has 4 stars is a mystery to me. One is being generous. This is way over priced and should be in the $25 bracket. The only good thing is the curtious staff and good attached restaurant where the food is good. What a shame this horrible place spoilt a nice stay in Varanasi. For western tourists look elsewhere.

It's location is very good. We had checked out only 2 hours after the scheduled check-out time, but the hotel charged us extra 1000 bucks for this. We didn't like it at all.

Very courteous and hospitable staff, we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom. AC was in good condition. Staff doesn’t keep bothering or disturbing guests. We loved the food at the restaurant, simple yet very tasty. Overall very happy with the experience. The location is a big plus, all ghats and imp sites are very close to this hotel. Access to rickshaw is easy so hassle free to go around the area.

It was very nice experience. The food was very nice. Room service was good. Service was im Rooms were very nice. Staff members were very co-operative. We all enjoyed a lot. Overall experience was nice.

Hotel was very loud. They have construction works ongoing the whole day. No information beforehand. Staff was not well organised to arrange a punctual transfer to the airport.
