The Staff was very nice. The lobby, front desk, breakfast area, pool, room were very clean. Bathroom was clean 👍

The hotel needs to let potential customers know that they are in a dry county. After a long day of driving, I wanted nothing more than to hang out in my room and have a couple of beers and watch some NCAA basketball.

Wonderful hotel all the way around. Lora, at front reception, was super friendly and helpful. It was my daughter’s birthday and she was so sweet to her and her friends. We loved the pool area, the snacks, the breakfast, the room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Van Buren!

Incomplete cleaning of bathroom
Room was comfortable. There was however trash in the bathroom trash can from the previous guest. The rest of the bathroom appeared to be clean though.

It was a good stay. I do have 2 comments though. Although you provide pet waste bags (much appreciated), I could not find a trash container for the used waste bags anywhere outside the hotel. Also, the "seal" on the door to our room was poor. we could see through to the hallway at the bottom of the door and on the side with the door knob. This situation meant we could hear loud and clear all the noise other guests made in the hallway outside our door. It kept us awake when we wanted to be sleeping.

I couldn't help but notice that there seems to be a scarcity of trash cans outside specifically for dog waste. Rest assured, I will discuss this matter with our maintenance team and explore possible solutions. Additionally, I have personally looked into the room you stayed in and I will provide the team with suggestions on how to address the issue of a weak seal. The receptionist, Maddie was excellent. Helped us choose a restaurant , Colton Steakhouse which was excellent and directions to the site. Worked with us on room accommodations. Made it a pleasant stay. The tub in our room is unsafe for the elderly.

The satellite TV didn’t work for the two nights we were there and the internet was so slow we couldn’t really do anything on our laptops unless we paid to “upgrade” our internet. We won’t be staying there again. The place was clean and comfortable but no TV or internet was very inconvenient

We sincerely apologize for the temporary disruption in TV service over the weekend. Cox Media experienced a city-wide outage, resulting in widespread reliance on ATT internet and cell phones. This increased usage significantly slowed down the city's connectivity. While such issues are incredibly rare, we understand that a reliable backup plan was not readily available. We kindly ask for your understanding and hope that you will consider staying with us again to experience our exceptional Hamptonality service.

Property is great and if the staff is present. The highlight was how well organized and well taken care of the breakfast was in the morning there's an older woman maybe in her 60s taking care of breakfast and it was actually wonderful. She has great pride in her work something that's more rare than common. Now the bad if you're up at 7 o'clock in the morning on a Sunday and already gone no problem but cleaning staff at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday morning start cleaning rooms and it sounded like they open a construction site in the hallway I don't know if it's a policy that the more people that are awake and checked out the sooner they can go home, but the noise, the slamming of the toilet seats the running the vacuum into the wall was excessive to say the least. Maybe the cleaning staff just wanted everybody awake to enjoy the great service at the breakfast. I go with that.
