We sincerely apologize for the temporary disruption in TV service over the weekend. Cox Media experienced a city-wide outage, resulting in widespread reliance on ATT internet and cell phones. This increased usage significantly slowed down the city's connectivity. While such issues are incredibly rare, we understand that a reliable backup plan was not readily available.
