Good service, but...
It's a budget hotel, but there has been a lot of care to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. The room was a little small for a couple with two big suitcases, but clean, tidy, good enough bathroom, had a small outside balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable. Where this hotel shines is the warm and friendly customer service - both in the hotel and in the restaurant next door. We ate several times in the restaurant, the food was very tasty and good value. It is possible to sit inside or there is an outside area which is covered (by a floor of the hotel above). A useful place to drink coffee and use a laptop. There is a roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea, however the bar is closed for the season. There is some free street parking just outside the hotel, we were lucky to find a place when needed. The hotel is about 10-15 minute drive to Valencia centre, so it's convenient if you prefer to stay outside of the city, and/or pay less for a hotel. The local beach is about 200m from the hotel. We were booked for 3 nights but left after one night. This was not the fault of the hotel specifically. Firstly, between 8pm and 10pm there was a drum band practice perhaps a 100m away. Secondly, around midnight we were woken by other "romantic" guests - the walls are thin. Later by other guests arriving back to the hotel. Finally, the town/village is a resort area. Many of the cafe's, restaurants were closed for the season.

Would recommend
All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, comfy bed, good wifi, good shower, and came with a mini fridge, a kettle, bowls and plates. There's a beach very close, and a bus stop right out front that takes you to Valencia so location was perfect. I would definitely go back to this hotel

Hyggeligt lille hotel med nyistandsatte værelser. Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Hyggelig Sky Bar. Tæt på strand. Bussen til Valencia centrum afgår lige uden for hotellet. Fin morgenbuffet. Kommer gerne tilbage.

Perfect for my trip
Perfect little place to stay for my business trip. Clean, tidy and quiet. Nice breakfast and a good choice of restaurants near by. The beach is a 5 minute walk away too, which was a bonus.

Room amenities are outstanding above and beyond most costlier places. Total convenient room package to meet needs. Happy being close to beach, could hear water/waves, but did not find nor SEE the beach on early morning walk just before sunrise. Sad... but next time must get more specifics beyond, "it's just a 5 min. walk in that...direction...over there!" W

Value for money
Clearly you get what you pay for. For the price it was certainly adequate. The bedding and towels clean but there is a mustiness to the hotel that shows its age. The staff however were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. They made a special effort for our two dogs providing dog beds and bowls for food and water. The hotel is in a good location with bars, restaurants and shops within the same block however this can make it a little noisy.

Great find
Great find in el saler, the beach resort for Valencia. This was located opposite the dunes reserve which includes a number of interesting nature walks. Nearby are three or four good restaurants giving a good choice of meal options. The hotel cafe was closed for refurbishment so we couldn’t try it. Friendly staff. Will definitely book again.

This hotel is unattended from 4pm
There’s nothing wrong with this hotel except for the fact that it is totally unattended from 4pm. When we were staying the fire alarm went off at 1230am and we were left standing outside the hotel for 30 mins in the middle of the night with no one from the hotel there. They also failed to respond to my message asking whether their restaurant was open or not. Understandably it was not during the COVID pandemic but they only chose to respond once it was too late for me to cancel. I only chose Thai hotel because it had a restaurant. It was very annoying.

Visiting Valencia? YOU MUST STAY HERE!
I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Valencia. The transport in Valencia is a little annoying and must be dealt with when staying at this hotel as it is a little out of town, but the staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet and exceptionally helpful. I unfortunately got stuck in the midst of storm “Gloria”, however this wasn’t an issue, as the restaurant attached to the hotel is delicious and great value for money with an amazing breakfast buffet- I recommend it. Also, the staff were super helpful when I had to change my transport and book a couple of extra nights until the storm had passed. The room smelt of bleach it was that clean and the room even included tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. What more could you ask for? I will DEFINITELY be returning when I next visit Valencia! THANK YOU :)

Ik vond het een erg fijn hotel met leuk, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Het ontbijtbuffet was eenvoudig maar verder prima. De kamer was wel wat gehorig. Ik heb een goed en fijn verblijf gehad!

Est-ce qu’un hôtel peut permettre de dormir?
Quelle est la fonction première d’un hôtel? Réponse : dormir. Nous avons passé 3 nuits sur 4 sans pouvoir le faire jusqu’à 2h du matin. Il y avait une feria à 100m de l’hôtel. Nous n’avons absolument pas été avertis. Des haut-parleurs hurlaient jusqu’à 2h. L’hôtel le savait. Ils avaient commandé un stock de boules quies (cf photo) à distribuer à leurs hôtes. Donc ils savaient qu’ils nous proposaient une chambre où on ne pourrait pas dormir. Ils ne nous ont pas avertis parce qu’ils savaient évidemment que nous annulerions notre réservation. Et quand nous avons eu l’information en arrivant, le délai pour annuler avait expiré. On va se plaindre auprès d’hotels.com. Sinon la qualité de l’hôtel est moyenne et le prix trop élevé. Les lits sont assez mous. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste. Seul point positif: le roof top qui a une belle vue sur la pinède et le barman qui sert de bons mojitos.
