Apartments in Valencia

This was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime, we walked out after the first night of our 5 day stay. The apartment was filthy, it had a window missing, no glass, nothing, the furnishing was filthy and so badly stained we did not want to sit on it. There was NO Satellite TV, a poor intermittent internet signal, we specifically booked the apartment because of the advertised amenities. The bedding cover was disgusting, stained and stiff in patches with goodness only knows what! The shower floor was breaking up and the floor was filthy and moldy. We looked around no more and booked a taxi home the next day.

Extremely well -presented, stylish and clean flat. Whilst it's located in the old town it's 2 minutes to the beautiful park and on the 95 bus route for the city of arts & sciences, the aquarium etc. The staff were charming & helpful & gave lots of advice on where to visit.

Great apartment. Like a show home. Close to amenities - shopping centre opposite including dept store for everyday items. Metro nearby (Turia) 100metres. Great welcome with extremely helpful staff. Reception took initiative to call the previous day to arrange arrival time earlier than normal set times; conscious I had an early flight. Walking distance to historic centre - 15 minutes. Main purpose of visit was "Las Fallas" and to explore the city. Most done on foot - easy, and necessary as many of central roads closed. Would recommend trip to City of the Arts (easy connection by bus). Used metro to get to and from airport (one change) and to visit beach/port. Once you get your bearings city quite easy to navigate. Plenty of restaurants etc in the centre to choose from. Tip: Get map and basic info from Tourist Office at airport. Very helpful and less crowded.

Location was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. The amount of space and facility is good for the price.

Not at all what we were expecting upon check-in, but don't let that discount this hotel/hostel. We checked in at 7:30 pm. You have to call them in advance to make sure someone is there to let you in, give you the key, information, etc. We did, and of course we had to be let in by other guests as no staff were present. We soon found out there was one person there that 'worked' for the company, but could not help us and just told us to call the same number we did and that he didn't have the key and could do nothing for us. 20 minutes later the same guy came out and told us that he had the key and could help us, but we had to pay in cash (not credit card). What???? Oh, yea, the credit card machine was broken, as well as the internet for the next day. Managed to find enough euros to pay for one night (paid for the rest of our stay the next morning), was led to our room, which was huge, with a private terrace, a queen bed, and private bathroom. Smelled of sulfur, but that's just the pipes in Spain. Power went off one night and no one could help us...I had to personally go outside, down the hall and find the circuit box for the entire floor and flip the circuit that somehow blew that night to our room. The heater may as well be a freezer for the room. Wasn't very efficient at all. Ok, that's a ton of complaining. I'm still rating the place a 5. WONDERFUL location, minimal service, GREAT breakfast, GREAT rate, and a great stay in Valencia. I will come back!

Very good location, peaceful and ideal for a beach break. Pool is preety nice too. Only downside is that the supermarket is bit of a distance.

Great place to stay......tucked away but very near to all that Valencia has to offer....The apartment has everything you need for a short break , kitchenette with added bonus of washing machine & even an airer to finish drying......The staff are exceptionally helpful, always on hand if you need anything.....We would highly recommend these budget price apartments, we have stayed in Valencia on numerous occasions in much higher price accomodation but these are better...

This apt was very nice. It was kind of a hike into the old town. It appeared to be right on several bus lines. We didn't use the kitchen area but it had everything one would need.
