We loved this property. The staff were very friendly and the rooms spacious. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and breakfast each day was well done.

Lovely location but bed are hard and drools get really hot at night. Otherwise staff is amazing and food beverages are great. Pool area is also very inviting. Very cute overall

I didn’t like the room at all. It is horrible. The heater in the bathroom where you hang the towels was really dirty . I had to clean it myself to be able to put there a cloth that I washed. The service of the lady at the breakfast was the only highlight. She smiled at me and was nice.

Crans-Montana Getaway
Overall, it was a good deal and the hotel was typical Swiss experience - clean and well maintained (little aged), but overall good. The restaurant was excellent and we had a great meal there sampling wine. The breakfast was basic continental. They were helpful booking taxis and recommending restaurants. The location is great for the zip line and lower lake experience - about a 20 minute walk to Crans and a bit further to Montana center. Only complaint was the pool - it was not well maintained (cloudy/green) nor heated and they charge you to use. Lastly, we had the family room which was very convenient for a family of 4.

Lovely break
From arriving to departing, the staff were fabtastic. Very helpful and knowledgable. The rooms were comfortable snd breakfast goos and plentiful. The shuttle service was excellent even picking us up anddropping off at the funicular. Lovely staff behind the bar and restaurant also.

Long weekend
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here- beautiful setting, everyone was so helpful. Transport was really great. Bed comfy, room had everything we needed and had a fabulous view from the balcony. Really good hairdryer. Loved breakfast. Lots of lovely restaurants in town - didn’t get chance to eat at the hotel but food looked good.Will definitely return.

Owners seem to have a kind of suburban attitude to a lifestyle and the hotel itself. Cooked food odours were in the lobby and everywhere. The furniture is old. The whole hotel requires refurbishing.

This hotel was lovely. Super helpful staff, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, food in the restaurant was delicious and well priced for the area. All the staff were attentive without being over-bearing. Lovely garden and lobby area was very comfortable. The free travel card was excellent, we used it on the local buses and the cable cars. Highly recommend.

The hotel is situated just a little lower than the main town area the amenities were good the bedrooms were clean the staff were attentive I didn’t eat food at the hotel although it was always packed every night Breakfast was standard continental - service with a smile from the lady on both mornings. would highly recommend and I will be returning there again on my next trip. If they fix the egg timer it will be even better next time

Clean enough, dated like everything else but perfectly fine. Large rooms and reasonable bathroom. Shower is hand held / 1/2 way up way and shower curtain. Good pressure though. Breakfast was continental and a little light. No hot food. Good value in comparison with others nearer the town so worth staying at. Wifi works

The hotel and staff were nice and very helpful especially the free bus shuttle . Everything was clean. For us the whole visit was ruined because staff and guests all smoked close to our room, so the room always felt smokey . We did talk to reception and they tried there best but the room and balcony we're still smokey a lot of the time.

A warm family run hotel
The hotel staff and family are very warm and helpful. They really make you feel at home. We could not find the hotel so they came to Pick us up from the city Centre. Very clean hotel and can take a nice walk from the hotel to the town Centre. Would definetly go back. The breakfast spread was very limited and could be better.

Great ski in the Swiss Alps
We would rate this place excellent over all just for the fine service and attention to our needs the owners provided to us during our stay. The facility is very nice and cozy, it is not as new and expensive as some of the other surrounding places. Our rooms were very modern, clean,comfortable and nicely appoint restroom and bath/shower. La Prairie is a very good value for the price in Switzerland.

Very Nice hotel in Crans Montana area...
The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful, and would do anything to help. The rooms were nice and clean, and the small bar & restaurant was also good. It's a 10 minute walk to Montana, where they have more bars and restaurants, and Crans is also close by...where all the major shopping boutiques are. We were visiting our kids at Bluche, and this was a very convenient hotel for the visit.

Nice Hotel in Secluded Areal
This is a nice chalet style mountain hotel. Good size rooms with views of the Alps. Definitely need a car and GPS to reach it and to get around the area. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
