It was a good business hotel. Rooms were clean and had all required things for a business traveller. Menu bar in room were also reasonably priced and required varieties.
Buffet dinner was reasonably priced but I think nos items can be increased. Food quality was managable.
Ocer all excellent experience at very reasonable price. Staff was very prompt and very courteous from front desk to room service to dinning area.

City view room initially requested but street noise on lower floor combined with loud banging from room next door (not sure what this was, perhaps some maintenance being carried out) meant that I requested a room change. Was immediately swapped to back of hotel where room on seventh floor was quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and chef visited me during breakfast to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room freshner used in the lobby and the corridors was really bad. It was too strong and the fragrance was too flowery. I only mention it because you don't expect it at a hotel which is ITC group partner. Also, there are hardly any options for food post 11 pm. Even when i ordered the biryani before 11 pm it was below average. The staff however is courteous and the service good.

Great location, very central to the city. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Room was value for money, clean, comfortable and spacious. We did not use any room service. Our stay was very pleasant.
