Great stay, as always. Easily the prettiest lobby of any hotel anywhere. We walked to dinner and a Utica hockey game. Easy peasy!

This is a beautiful historic hotel, the suite was very spacious and the bed and pillows comfortable. The restaurant was grandioso, prices reasonable and the food authentic and delicious! We even got a tour of the ballrooms and the views from the top floors. Great stay, highly recommend it

Very convenient access to Highways and an easy area to walk and check out restaurants and coffee shops. Safe on-site parking and beautiful lobby that hearkens back to an earlier era. A classically beautiful hotel in the heart of Utica.

the location was convenient to our needs however the lack of a separate space for weddings,conferences and other type event is lacking...A wedding was taking place right in the front check in area while we were checking in plus we had to wait an additional hour before our rooms were ready to check in...

Clean big TV spacious room
Online stated jetted tub but there wasn't
Nobody said breakfast was only a small window of time
We paid for it and got nothing not even a juice and granola bar

Room was not cleaned and the second bed was slept in . Dust on furniture. No one sneered why I tried to change rooms . Unpleasant experience

Amazing historic hotel. They kept the historic ambiance and elegance of the lobby/ballroom and restaurant. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and quiet. Ample free fenced parking. Attentive and gracious staff.

Location was convenient. Some local breakfast spots nearby. Pillows were way too soft. Room was listed as a queen but the bed felt more like a full. Place was clean, maid services were by request if staying less than four days. Not an issue for us. The staff were very friendly. As always, the warm cookie helps.

Our room was spacious and clean with modern updates.
