Nice beds, pillows & towels. Really clean. Excellent gym space. Outdoor area comfortable and useful. Rooms extremely quiet, don't hear neighbors at all.

The day desk person was excellent, an outstanding employee. She was good at her job, friendly and went way beyond the call of duty to help us out. I would come back just because of her. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was better than most.

Very friendly staff, smells good as soon as I entered the lobby!! Breakfast was very good, and the hotel is located by several restaurants.

**READ** Holiday Inn in Ukiah is clean, friendly service and a lot of amenities. BUT IF YOU HAVE ASTHSMA BEWARE! They use a fragrance "subtly" in the vent system that made it impossible for me to breathe. We checked in and I immediately noticed the smell and was hoping it was just in the lobby, unfortunately it was throughout the entire hotel. We unpacked and changed for our event returned and decided we would just drive the 4 hours back home because I could not breathe, let alone sleep with this "fragrance" all night. The smell was on our clothes and luggage when we got home at 1am the next morning and we were only there for a short amount of time. The hotel would not refund us anything nor did they advertise this use of fragrance as an amenity on their website features list, so we had no idea this was a thing. If you have sensitive lungs or allergies, BEWARE.

Breakfast was better than I was expecting. Delicious crispy bacon, sausages, eggs, potatoes, for hot food; plenty of other options too like cereals, pancakes, fruit, etc.

Everything about our room and stay was outstanding, with one exception. We were in room 202 and whoever was in 302, for about 3 hours both nights sounded like they were playing field hockey. Bang, bang, thump, thump (loud). This went on from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. both nights. Kinda put a damper on our trip. No, we didn't report it (but we probably should have). Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

Shopping Break!
This was a quick shopping trip to Ukiah. I chose to spend the night.. Since this hotel was situated right where I needed to be, it was perfect. From the moment I walked in the staff was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was festive but not overdone. This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever visited. I shall return.

Checkin process was smooth, but guy was grumpy and not very welcoming. Room on the other hand was excellent, what we expect from a Holiday Inn. Beds comfortable, bathroom clean and all in working order. Breakfast was well organized.

Room exceeded my expectations. Very clean, everything worked, comfortable bed & safe. Breakfast was good too except the last day of our stay, nothing particularly wrong but had to wait 20 minutes to get the bite of hot food but overall it was good experience. I would definitely come here again if in this area in future.

Wonderful place to stay
Nice hotel for a wedding weekend! Easy to fine, great location with Food Max Walmart and Costco right across the street. Hotel was very clean, lobby, elevator, our room, hallways all super clean and fresh! Comfy bed and pillows, nice shower with actual doors and not a yucky curtain! Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was perfectly fine except for the paper thin walls. You could hear everything in neighboring rooms and people were stomping around at all hours

Room service didn't come 2 of the days. Also, the person above me must've been on something, because at around 11pm there was some extreme stomping and banging coming from upstairs. Got to the point where I called the front desk to ask them to quiet down which did absolutely nothing.
