Very modern and excellent hotel.
The hotel is very new and in a good location. I would rate it as 4.5*. Very clean and very modern. It needs only few improvements as to the staff. They are trying their best but as we travel all over the world, we can feel the difference. Staff should be more trained. We stayed for for the stopover one night to carry on with our travel to Gujarat.

The hotel is good at a good location from station and the main temple. The food was also amazing... the only problem we faced was for hot running water. Rest all was perfect.

Its a new hotel with good , comfortable rooms and i hope you maintain the same standards in future .Food & staff is good ( Need to work on the service in restaurant ) Location is near to Mahakal temple but away from the cluster of other hotels . Initialy it might be difficult to find out the exact location because its a new property and its in centre of the city . Overall a good experience .

Good comfortable & affordable stay in Ujjain.
Cleanliness of room/hotel was good. Quality of service also was good. Hotel amenities were good. Hotel location is good both for business travellers and those on pilgrimage to the Lord Maha Kaaleshwar temple, Ujjain.

It was a good trip everything was fine bt just had a misunderstanding with the hotel management and staff and they made the issue so big that we had to pay 5K for it! As said in the website they don't give all the amenities and even don't give basic things for requirements!!

Dear Sir, As per the booking, four rooms were booked through expedia with one occupancy in each room. However, total no. of guests were 16. It is quite obvious that rates per room differ with no. of occupants an as per the prevalent hotel policies 12 extra guests should have been charged extra by Rs. 500 per guest . It should have been 6000/- but we charged only Rs5000. You were trying to sneak late in the night without paying extra and warned us of giving negative reviews. All the services and amenities that are mentioned on our website like free wifi, bathroom amenities, warm water on tap, minibar, tea-kettle set, etc are being provided to guests. We are open for genuine feedback and always strive for improvements. We are sorry that we couldn't provide you a mesmerizing experience and going forward will further work on our communication.
