"숙소 찾아가는 길이 너무 좁고 위험합니다. 주차장이란 곳에 주차하는 순간 아~~ 사진과 넘 다르네 잘못 찾아왔나 생각이 듭니다. 주차하고 계단으로 올라가면 숙소가 보입니다. 숙소들어가서 와 좋다란 느낌이 없어요 첫째 청소가 더 되서 바닥이 지저분합니다 둘째 화장실을 보는 순간 어~~~??/ 섯째 잠자리도 습해서 잘 못자고 벌레도 많아요 그래도 좋았던 점 : 조용합니다.. 전제적으로 교통이 불편하고 숙박시설이 지저분해요 한가지 더 사장님이 넘 불친절해요 돈만 요구하세요...~~ "

"잠도 못자고 새벽에 나왔습니다. 사장님 서비스 및 응대태도. 침구류 관리상태 정말 불편하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. 건물내 펌프가동 소음 때문에 잠을 잘수 없고, 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 로비층에서 바베큐 냄새 및 연기가 상부층 숙소로 다 들어옵니다. 침구류 상태는 썩은 냄새가 날 정도 이며 교체한 침구류에서는 관리가 되지 않은 이불을 주고 좋은 추억 만들려 가족여행 갔다가 다음날 일정취소 하고 새벽에 집으로 왔습니다. "

"Though my family and I booked our room last-minute, and only for one night, the owner and his daughter were accommodating and patient throughout our stay (we were very grateful for their niceness as it was cold and we had a tiring ride prior to arriving at the pension) The hotel room was alright and reasonably priced, just that the location is a tad secluded (it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and 15 minutes to Cheongpyeong station via taxi). "The internet site is very mischievous about the location as far as access is concerned : no available taxi from the local train station or surroundings . A vivid walking experience for those who are fit or in need of a constitutional ... further more the person in charge that day answering the phone did not seem to be bothered by being helpful in giving some information whatsoever . The room was spacious and pleasant as for the spa , swimming pool it was not in working order understandably...

"아침식사는 모텔 입구(복도)에 토스트랑 우유, 쥬스, 콘프라이크 해놓고 앉아서 먹을장소도 없어요. 7만원 미만에는 모텔이거니 이용해도 되지만, 그이상으로는 화딱지 납니다. 취소하려다 일과시간이 지나서 그런지 호텔스닷컴에서 자동메세지로 "호텔에 직접전화하고 호텔스닷컴과는 통화할 필요없습니다"라는 멘트에 포기하고 이용했는데 두고두고 억울합니다."

"사장님들의 입실시 친절도는 좋았지만, 앱으로 예약(3인)으로 했음에도 사전에 정보가 공유가 안되어 있어 추가 요금을 요구했었습니다. 1인이 추가됨에 따른 침구류 및 수건류는 따로 챙겨주신 것에 좋았습니다. 사진에서 보는 것 만큼 방은 넓지 않았고, 여기저기 세월의 흔적들이 많이 보였습니다. 와인잔이 글라스인줄 알고 갔는데, 플라스틱이라서 조금 실망했구요. 고기 구워먹고 나서 옆에서 아이들과 함께 온가족이 바로 스파를 할 수 있는 건 매우 색다른 경험이었습니다. 주차장이 펜션 바로 앞이 아니라 밑에 조금 내려가야해서 그건 조금 불편했지만, 펜션앞쪽에 잠시 주차할 수 있어 짐을 싣고 내리는데는 문제없었습니다."

The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. "Good value for money in good location. Very clean property and everything in the suite works well. It’s walkable to subway, insadong cultural street and Gyeongbuk palace. If I have to nick pick, it would be good if bottled water is provided . "
