Front office Manager Mr.Philip was unprofessional person, due to his behavior i had to inform my friends in Police posted in Mangalore to take care of my family who had gone for my son's admission in Manipal

Sir, The situation was that you needed a room nearby in same floor. On this basis we had upgraded your room to a higher category so that you can stay comfortably and also in the same floor. As you were not happy with the rooms and asked for the room which you had booked. We also gave the options for the same. There was no special request made by your guest during check in and we were not aware that the 2 rooms were of same family because the booking was in different names. But, the issue was solved soon by the front desk and allotted rooms accordingly as per your booking immediately at 3 pm. But I got a call at 8.30pm even after the matter was solved and he introduced himself that he is the husband of the guest and was threatening me saying that he is going to give a bad review online and file complaint against me personally. I have no option, I asked him to do whatever he wants to write because I am not the person to stop his freedom of expression and speech. As far as, being in a hospitality it my first priority to take care of the guest and make their stay wonderful. I have done my level best and also gave you the options and also apologized for the inconveniences. But the way you threatened over phone that made me disappointed. Even Expedia customer care executives called me up and I have explained the situation happened if you have any doubts you can clear up with them as it is recorded. Thanking You...
