Stayed 2 nights at the property. The staff were super helpful and called up auto rickshaws when needed. Loved their attention to detail with regards to customer service. If I had to nit pick it would be the lack of lounge chairs by the pool. Great experience overall.

POSITIVES: Good property, nice and spacious rooms, good cleanliness, accessible by walk, near to auto stand, nice breakfast with lots of options! NEGATIVES: Staff were good mannered but were hesitant to help much, no welcome drink (although it was Radisson property!), no assistance in finding the room with luggage( I guess they believe in do it yourself attitude), looked like they are not very efficient in dealing the pressure of many guests!

Highly and unhesitatingly recommended.
Exceptional service. Everything was attended to immediately and cheerfully. The included breakfast spread offered a huge and varied choice, and the service was exemplary. Our thermos was happily filled with great filter coffee for our onward journey. Big metropolitan cities could learn a lot from this great Manipal Radisson.

Our first night stay was very noisy, an extremely loud party was going on on the top floor and we could not sleep for a long time. The AC in the room was not working properly, it would cool and blow cold air, however after the temperature was reached it would not stop blowing air. it would actually blow warm air and make the room uncomfortable and humid. Repeated complains did not address this problem The breakfast buffet quality of food was not good It would be good if you provided bottled mineral water in the rooms The valet parking and baggage handling services were very good. It was good that you had mangoes and tender coconut water for sale

ok but wont go back again.
lots of things missing for a supposedly 3* hotel, no table to eat , no forks provided as part of meals, a/c doesn’t work well took hours to cool . the door lock when taken out of the electrical slot makes it impossible to leave someone in the room and head down as the elevator on the way up doesn’t work without the fob. no extra pillows, so for 4 people with 2 beds one person doesnt get a pillow,. this is a regular city hotel with few rooms, they should not advertise themselves as a fancy hotel etc.

Excellent Hotel, Helpful Staff
We stayed at this property for one night while we were on a road trip from Mysore to Goa. The property is well maintained and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. They have two restaurants : one on the ground floor (multicuisine) and one on the terrace by the poolside (oriental). Unfortunately, we were at the hotel during the Corona outbreak so we could not use the gym or the pool. But the extremely helpful staff upgraded us to the Presidential Suite where my 4 year old got to enjoy the Jacuzzi. 5 stars to the staff for being so thoughtful. The food quality and service were excellent. The location is well mapped on Google and is about 5-7 kms inside from the main highway (NH66). Overall a nice and professional hotel. Recommended for families and business stay alike.

Room itself was really good and felt worth it, but checkin process was worst. Had to wait 30mins post promised checkin time and receptionist were fooling around. Totally unprofessional for a Radisson class of hotels.

The property is really clean. room very comfortable. Staff excellent and warm especially Mr Prasanth who serves customers with great passion and care. Breakfast really good. Holiday was so perfect that I did feel like stepping out of the hotel. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in India
