"Clean nice hotel. For some reason when we went to check in, the very rude person checking in told us that our room would not be available until after 6:00. I had to turn into a Karen and ask why? I hate having to ask for good service. Finally, this person went to get a manager (which I did not ask for) and the manager made one phone call and the matter was solved. The rude employee stood behind with their arms folded looking angry. Other than check in the hotel was great. But check in really starts the experience doesn’t it?"
