The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the omelette bar!

The hotel is perfectly situated on University Blvd close to the restaurant and Bar scene. Beware if you arrive early thinking you can check in if they have room available, you can't unless you pay a $25 early check-in fee. There was no notice of this practice in the hotel description on Expedia.

Walking into the hotel I was greeted with a nice fragrance. I was greeted by very nice people and Robert texted me to check in on how everything was with check in and my room. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Happy Hour each evening was a nice touch and the super well equipped gym, was a great convenience that motivated me to work out each morning. Loved this hotel and would stay there again.

This is our new favorite place to stay for games in Tuscaloosa. It’s only a mile away from the stadium, so it’s walkable or use Joyride golf cart services. Great amenities, quieter than places closer to the strip, and very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

The lobby/suite/common areas were beautiful and clean. The staff was extraordinary. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The ONLY negative I have, and it’s a big one because I ALWAYS look for a pool (& hot hub when possible). A pool is a must have. We walked to the pool area to take a look and the pool was AWFUL! It was cloudy, not clear. It looked disgusting. And unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the pools.

When I checked out, the desk clerk could not give me a print out of my room charges. She said I need to get it from Expedia. I explained I paid for the room at the hotel, and that I had additional charges from the restaurant. She printed something that said $0 due , but could give me a breakdown of any charges or a receipt. She then picked up a call and started helping someone else. I never received a receipt. What kind of service is that!?

The lobby and reception area are beautiful. The breakfast and dining areas are excellent. The room size and distribution are good but the tub area in the bathroom needs to be improved. The table shower was broken, so I had to wait until the maintenance guy came to remove it. Nobody came to refill the coffee in the room. At least should have coffee 24 hours at the lobby,

The staff were all very nice and professional. The room was clean. The bathroom was partially clogged and drained very very slow. The shelf in 'closet' was broken and unable to hold any of my items.

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites several times, but the hotel is now in need of a lot of TLC. Our room wasn’t very clean & the shower didn’t drain properly. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Staff went over and beyond to accommodate our wishes. We needed adjoining rooms-we were traveling with our granddaughter and wanted her to have her own room. Admitting clerk spent extra time shuffling and worked it out so that we got the two adjoining rooms. We will stay here again and highly recommend.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and by far the nicest hotel in Tuscaloosa. The nights were comfortable and quiet, and the staff is beyond nice. This hotel is worth every penny. You can easily walk to most locations surrounding the area, and the hotel was a very safe feeling environment. There was a workout area, pool, restaurant, and a small snack area to buy chips or candy located in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
