I just Like the Customer Service of one Girl at the reception on Sunday morning, she was wonderful in every aspect !! Everything else in this Hotel it's just Awful, Bad Customer Service from the rest of the staff, dirty walls, no illumination on the hall to get to my room, the elevators makes some weird noises, the breakfast wasn't good enough, etc

GentleFirst of all, we thank you for choosing Hotel Sharing for your stay in Turin.We are sorry our services did not live up to your expectations. However, your review gives us the opportunity to communicate that our staff is available 24 hours a day for any request and support. As for dirty walls, these are regularly whitewashed and extra whitewashing is done if necessary. As for the light in the corridors, this is timed, just press one of the various buttons in the corridors and it turns on.Our buffet breakfast which currently has an extra cost of 5.00 if not included in the booking and includes: Coffee at the counter, other hot drinks from the vending machine, fruit juices, bread, croissants, jam, spreadable chocolate, honey, butter, yogurt, cakes, biscuits, 2 types of cereals, rusks, cold cuts, cheese etc.Maintenance of the elevators is carried out regularly. If you heard a particular noise you could report it to the reception and we would check and possibly contact the company that manages the system.Hoping to have you as our guest in the future and to be satisfied with your stay.Best regardsHotel Sharing

Property is in the middle of nowhere! , cheap and nasty! I don’t know where to start. WiFi doesn’t work everywhere. Room is furnished at the minimum indispensable! 12” TV , Beds are from the 70’s Bedding is terrible . Lots of emigrants in the hotel ! The only positive aspect is that the property is near the moterway ( if you need to drive to Milan) . Night staff unqualified charged my credit card even the room was already paid! Breakfast misarable cheap! Nothing special, not Worth paying for it !

Perfect for our family in Torino
For our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids), this was perfect for our short stay in Torino (2 days). We came into town by car and found the hotel easily, we parked in their garage for 7 euro, but it also looked like there was plenty of street parking nearby. The room was huge!! A kitchenette/dining/sitting area, two separate bedrooms, and ensuite bathroom! We took advantage of the kitchen and ate breakfast and dinner there - there is a large Auchan supermarket nearby for groceries. Also, we used the tram line right outside the hotel to access the center city, and the front desk sold us the tram tickets, super easy. The place was very clean and we appreciated the air conditioning on those hot days. However, the room also had a balcony with doors that opened into the dining room, so lots of fresh air as well. We would definitely recommend this place!

It was very hot and we had to leave the windiws open because the A/C wasn't turning on. It was VERY noisy from cars and peope screaming and talking loud. Had s very difficult time sleeping. It wasn't until the wee hours of the morning when it would cool off and the people would go to sleep and stop being loud.

Convenient and efficient
Hotel was clean and modern, staff was friendly and efficient. I liked the badge entry system so you dont have to leave your key at reception everytime you go out. Will stay again

Too Hot without AC
Every thing was fine, But AC was not working. They tried to make it on but they were not able to get any technical person. And finally we stay without AC in the temperature of 32

Check-in e check-out tutto molto bene. Soggiorno di una notte per evento in città, quindi toccata e fuga. Direi che: ottimo per posizione, garage e servizio h24 di reception; colazione nella media a buffet direi buona. Unica pecca l’odore, un po’ in tutta la struttura di cibi internazionali a volte un po’ troppo forte, e la pulizia delle stanze un po’ scarsina… Rapporto qualità/prezzo direi proporzionata.

Está cerca de establecimientos para comprar tickets para el transporte público, además de estar al lado de dos paradas de la línea 4 de tranvía, que te comunica directamente con el centro. Muy buen precio. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad.

Purtroppo la posizione geografica della struttura non è ottima. Brutto quartiere lontano da tutto. Ma questo è il problema minore, ho trovato nella mia camera capelli, polvere a non finire, miri sporchi ed un bagno inadeguato con tanto si water scagliato. In fine un odore sgradevole e la biancheria non pulita perfettamente. Servizi inesistenti. Ero solo, sotto un diluvio alle 23 di notte allo Stadium, contattando disperatamente la struttura e chiedendo gentilmente un servizio eventuale di navetta o di taxi ( a quell’ora post partita introvabili.) mi hanno risposto fregandosene pienamente “ assolutamente no”. Bella cura per il cliente…. Almeno avrebbero potuto far finta di cercare di adoperarsi, tanto per far vedere, un minimo, di poter essere al servizio di chi paga per sostare nella loro struttura. Grazie a mai più.

O hotel era bem localizado e havia estacionamento grátis na rua, o quarto era limpo porém o cheiro de cigarro no quarto era muito forte e o corredor com muito barulho.

Le pulizie sono state effettuate il tardo pomeriggio quando era disponibile l'intera mattinata. Una nota molto negativa era l'odore insopportabile nei corridoi e nell'ascensore di frittura, cipolla e quant' altro....nulla in contrario alle molte nazionalità presenti ...anzi tutti molto carini....ma l'aria era nauseabonda...odore di cibo ovunque. Peccato. Non ritorneremo a questo hotel.
