Terrible staff
They gave us the wrong room and they made us change rooms at midnight. The next morning they told us it was too late for breakfast even though they never told us the breakfast hours. Very unfriendly staff

Cheap and sparse, but a clean place to sleep
I am not accustomed to staying in hostels, so this was a new experience for me. The place felt quite sterile (unlike the often welcoming atmosphere of hotels), much like a college dorm. The rooms were sparse, with twin beds topped with cheap mattresses. You needed to pay extra for towels and breakfast, and the only soap they provided was liquid hand soap from a box on the wall. The Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't work in my room, let alone on our floor; it also didn't always work in the designated Wi-Fi zones. All-in-all, it was a very cheap experience. That said, it was not an expensive hotel (though, maybe a little expensive for a hostel); it was very clean (including the sheets, which my wife dutifully checked before climbing in to bed); the TV also cost, which made it easier to get the kids to bed; and while we might not have been in the best area, it was secure and fairly quiet.

Good service, clean rooms
Apart from the missing WiFi in rooms, this basic hotel was entirely satisfactory. About a 30 minute walk from downtown. Conveniently about a 5 minute walk from the Torino Dora train station (with service to the airport). If taking the bus from the airport, expect a 30 minute walk since that lets you off at the main train station, not Torino Dora. Of course, there are taxis and quite possibly buses. Bring your own towel.

newer go back.this is not a hotel its is hostel for students. hostel employees not helpful at all. you have to pay for towels and soap. located in poor neighborhood. you need to bring your own cups if you wona drink water.

Ci dispiace non aver soddisfatto le tue esigenze. Infatti, sei andato via senza pernottare e senza pagare ovviamente. Il bancomat non funziona temporaneamente ed è legato ad un problema di connessione che il nostro operatore telefonico sta cercando di risolvere. Saluti

staff cortese, albergo peggio di un ostello.
la camera aveva la rete del letto completamente distrutta, i copri lenzuolo macchiati, e non c'erano saponi o asciugamani disponibili, se non su richiesta e a pagamento. wifi solo negli spazi comuni. La posizione comoda se necessario lavorare in zona, staff molto cortese e disponibile, reception aperta 24H. Colazione davvero insufficiente.

Gentile cliente, ci dispiace per alcuni inconvenienti che ha riscontrato nel soggiorno qui da noi, provvederemo a migliorare sicuramente. Per i saponi e gli asciugamani, essendo un Ostello, non sono compresi nel prezzo già molto contenuto. In ogni caso noi siamo un OSTELLO. Buona giornata

Sauber und Charme einer Jugendherberge
hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge . Die Zimmer sind aber sehr gross und sauber . Leider ist das Wifi nur in der Eingangshalle und den allgemeinen Bereichen erreichbar . Hotel liegt 400 meter von der Eisenbahnstation entfernt , die direkt zum Flughafen führt . Frühstück ist kostenlos .

Soggiornato una notte, con un gruppo di parenti e amici, per andare e vedere la partita di champions league della Juventus, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, abbastanza vicino allo stadio ed al centro città ben collegato con i mezzi.

Gentile cliente, grazie per aver scelto la nostra struttura per il suo soggiorno a Torino. Il riscaldamento è centralizzato ed è attivo dalle 15.00 a mezzanotte e dalle 05.00 alle 10.00, le camere sono dotate di una centralina per regolare la temperatura, forse è stata manomessa nel tentativo di riscaldare di più. Per qualsiasi problema lo segnali tempestivamente al personale addetto alla reception in modo da intervenire subito ed evitare malcontenti. Cordiali saluti Ida

Da premettere che è un ostello e non un hotel quindi come in tutti gli ostelli niente letti rifatti la mattina e niente frigo o cassaforte in camera (anche se hanno messo a nostra disposizione il loro frigo) detto ciò tutto perfetto, personale cordiale e gentilissimo ( ci hanno fornito di cartina e spiegato dove erano le fermate più vicine per le varie destinazioni), nelle vicinanze c'è un bel centro commerciale. Anche se il check in era alle 15:00 ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli già la mattina e appena pronta la camera (nel nostro caso verso le 14:00) ci hanno fatto entrare. Camera pulitissima, buona prima colazione e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo..... che dire consigliato per visitare Torino e andare all'Allianz stadium....... torneremo sicuramente!!!!

За 30 евро в день (с завтаком) - отлично!
Залог за ключ от номера - 10 евро (возвращают при выезде из хостела). Полотенца можно иметь и свои: навязывания платных услуг нет. Плохо, что кондиционер не работает на охлаждение (гудит, шумит, но не охлаждает). Мне повезло,что номер был угловой: окна в туалетной комнате и жилой части были на перпендикулярных друг другу стенах. Приток свежего воздуха (или сквозняк) можно было сделать, не открывая дверь. Номер реально большой, просторный. Поездка в Турин не первая: ранее проживала и недалеко от Порта Нуова, и рядом с Порта Суза. В этот раз бронировала с учетом дешевизны прямого сообщения общественного транспорта из\в аэропорт Турина. Согласна практически со всеми отзывами других путешественников, кроме одной детали. Не верю,что до стадиона Ювентус пешком 15-20 минут. Бегом может быть и получится у тех, кто знает кратчайший путь.

ottima posizione per il centro e per lo stadio J
Ottimo hotel, in una buonissima posizione per raggiungere il centro di torino e per chi come me doveva andare allo Juventus stadium, 5 minuti a piedi per la fermata dell' autobus per lo stadio e soli 2 minuti per la fermata per il centro. La colazione non è abbondantissima ma considerato il prezzo è buona, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Io mi sono trovato davvero bene.

Troppo spartano per il prezzo che si paga.
Stanza arredata con il minimo indispensabile, no Tv, no telefono per chiamare reception, set di asciugamani si paga a parte, vergognoso. Ho pagato in tutto 40,00 euro, ci sono b&b molto più confortevoli!

Gentile Cliente, ci spiace non abbia apprezzato il soggiorno presso Open011, le camere sono arredate con tutto il necessario per una notte confortevole, alcuni servizi come asciugamani e televisore sono a pagamento, proprio perché crediamo che il cliente possa sceglie se avere un servizio standard basico o con optional.

- friendly and helpful staff - very clean rooms - in our room was no tv - puristic style - typical Italian breakfast, for us it was ok (limited selection, no fresh products) - breakfast hall with the atmosphere of a school canteen - it takes a 40 minutes´ walk to get to the city centre; a bus stop is nearby and probably it is possible to buy tickets for the bus at the hotel reception (we did not use that option) - limited number of hotel own parking slots at the street in front of the hotel - altogether, a good place to stay

Bon rapport qualité-prix
séjour d'une nuit a 3, chambre spacieuse, nous avons apprécié la table qui nous a permis de manger dans la chambre (il pleuvait) et la salle de bain spacieuse ainsi que le petit déjeuner buffet. Le moins, c'est une auberge de jeunesse donc des jeunes et le bruit qui va avec et une isolation pas terrible. Mais un rapport qualité-prix intéressant. Pas de parking, on se gare dans la rue (pas de place à 10h 30 mais à 17h 30 on en a trouvé juste en face de l'hôtel et gratuite).Il y a un arrêt de bus 100m plus bas pour le centre ville, ça aussi c'est appréciable. Je n'hésiterais pas à y revenir.

Sono arrivato alle ore 20:00 circa di sabato 13/12/14 con la mia famiglia per la partita della Juve... che si è disputato il giorno dopo. Il personale molto gentile e soprattutto molto famigliare,la camera era grande e pulita...i letti confortevoli e le lenzuola odoravano di pulito...come a casa!!!colazione accettabile...tutto questo a 22€...Non male!!! N.B. portatevi gli asciugamani da casa perché si pagano a parte!!!!!

夜、遅くに到着したのだが、フロントが全く英語が解らない人で、かなり苦労した。 詳細には複数の言語を話すスタッフと書いてあったので、安心していたのだが… 周囲の環境はあまり良さそうではない。治安が悪そうな雰囲気の土地。 部屋は無駄に広いが、カビ臭くて、お世辞にもキレイとは言えない。 値段からすると妥当なのかな…

Pratico Ostello con molta sostanza
Ho effettuato un soggiorno di tre giorni a Torino con mio figlio di 12 anni. L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile e ben posizionato rispetto al centro città. Le modalità del soggiorno sono da ostello della gioventù (per esempio gli asciugamani si pagano a parte...) e la colazione è scarsina, ma la struttura è nuova e ben tenuta, il personale accogliente e l pulizia esemplare. Vivamente consigliato a chi cerca una soluzione pratica ed economica.

Ottima posizione, per spostarsi in centro, stadio, 10 minuti di autobus si va' ovunque, camere ampie ,pulite, personale molto gentile, hotel molto tranquillo.
