First time in Torino
Excellent location for a hotel in the heart of the city of Torino. You can walk everywhere from here or go catch a hop on hop off that is close by. many places to eat around the area! Hotel afforded me with a parking spot for my vehicle, $20 a day. It helped out tremendously because we had a van and there’s absolutely no place to park that around this hotel. Little freaking cars everywhere. Unbelievable, so reserve ahead of time. Air condition were good, beds are comfortable. Nice bathrooms and beautiful little terrace outside. Great overnight hotel. Recommend.

Clean and friendly hotel and great location. Lots of good restaurants close by but also not too far to head into main centre for other cafes and restaurants. There were renovations happening to parts of the hotel but nothing that caused any interuptions to us. Rooms are clean and modern. Good wifi. Can leave baggage when checking out to collect later - could do with a secure room for this. Overall would definitely recommend and we would stay there again if in Turin.

Nice property. Beds are comfortable and updated bathrooms. No breakfast. Good value. Only issue is parking in the area. They have a garage two blocks away for 24 euros per night. I would stay again. Very friendly staff.

Matteo and Sabrina at Reception were really helpful and friendly. Location, being so close to Porta Nuova, was perfect. The standard of housekeeping service was impeccable. Being able to store my bag post-departure allowed me to make the most of my final day in the city.

Very quaint hotel; breakfasts are reasonable and amazing. Rooms were excellent. They did not have a robust laundry service w same day service, but that was a small detail. Overall very enjoyable place to stay.

The hotel is located 2 block away from the Central Train Station. The neighborhood is quiet and the city felt safe. Only 15 minutes away walking for most tourist activities.

Good Turin Citybreak hotel
Good option for a short city break in Turin. Location is near train station so handy to see all the sites of the city. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice breakfast room and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Very good cheaper option in Turin
Great value hotel in the heart of Turin. Friendly staff, clean facilities and a comfy bed for the night. Walls are thin so you’re exposed to noises of other guests passing by in the hallway but apart from that everything is kinda great for the price you pay. It’s not a super charming boutique hotel but it does very well what you expect it to do, ie house you in very decent comfort, in a clean setting and with staff that has a smile on their face.

The service and the room standard were good for the price we paid. A nice location as super close to Porta Nova station, too. But the wall is a paper thin. You can hear the TV from next door.

City center one stop shop
First of all Hotel Urbani shouls be classified as a 4 Star. Contemporary ease in the city center of one of the most beautiful and sophisticated first capital city of Italy, Torino. At 5 minutes from Porta Nuova train station makes it very convenient. Breakfast was generous and the staff extra nice and helpful. 5 stars to you.

Great hotel, with super polite staff and literally in the city centre. I did not need to take any bus or metro because the main landmarks are all reachable on foot. I highly recommend this hotel. Merry Christmas!

Hot but happy in Dubrovnik
Arrived in Old Town Dubrovnik on a hot, humid day. Found our accommodation fairly easily. Old Town is all about steps and climbing them. Didn't have too many to climb for this place which was very nice. Laura was our host and was on site to let us in and show us around. She was very nice and helpful in helping us source affordable good restaurants in the area. She also let us know good affordable sites to visit and how to get to them. The room was nice and clean. Considering the location everything is small and tight for space but this room was good value. As it was quite hot in Dubrovnik the air conditioner worked well and everything was pleasant. Our only little complaints would be about the shower. The shower rod isn't secured very well and the shower curtain was very thin and not very effective at keeping water in the shower. That could be remedied easily. The only other little thing that went wrong was the left side of the bed. My husband went from a lying position to a sitting position and the slats under the mattress collapsed. He fixed it and it didn't happen again. These were minor issues and our stay overall was very good and I would stay here again.
