Location is near transportation to metro and tram that leaves you in city center in less then 10 minutes. Close to one of the main train station. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Bed was comfortable and clean bedroom.

close to train station and bus drop off, nice lobby and breakfast room, not far from via garibaldi with its many cafes. the room was basic but clean and comfortable and the price was good

The hotel is above the city centre but well placed for public transport. Our room was adequate but certainly not as nice as the public areas of the hotel. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms but there was a small fridge which was useful for keeping water cold. Our room was in a dormer & we didn't sleep well on our last night due to heavy rain on the roof. Food at breakfast was of limited choice but was sufficient. Overall we received good value for the price we paid. Staff were helpful, friendly & attentive & the hotel location suited us very well.

I wish I had spent a little more money and stayed closer to downtown. The building, inside and outside, was gorgeous, but obviously falling into disrepair. The room was ok but nothing special. But the neighborhood seemed s bit sketchy and there were few restaurants and no attractions or transport nearby. Poor location.also they took our car keys and kept the front door locked which seemed odd.

Old-fashioned charm
An amazing old-fashioned Italian hotel, including chandeliers, floor-length curtains, a slightly crumbling bathroom and frescoes on hotel room walls. Worth a stay jut for the decor, although the breakfast is pretty basic. Perfectly polite and helpful staff with functional English. If you have the time, make sure to have a tour of neighbouring Art Nouveau villas - beautiful. A 10 minute walk to Porta Susa station. We ate at Pizzeria Ristoritaly - very decent food + quick service at a decent price.

Príncipi is a very conveniently located hotel very near the train station. It has a very beautiful traditional decor thruout the hotel to the rooms. Very friendly staff and if you are traveling light it's actually possible to walk from Porta Susa

Comfortable and a great location!
The hotel is in a prefect location to catch the metro! We had a nice private balcony that we enjoyed after a long day of walking and site-seeing. The air-conditioning really worked and kept our room comfortable (unusual for Italy). The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Would,highly recommend.

Non eccede in manutenzione, ma è comunque molto carino in stile retrò, arredato con gusto e senza pesanti eccessi. Riesce per questo ad essere di buon livello sia per la camera che per gli altri servizi

Ottima la posizione ma l albergo ha bisogno di una ristrutturata in particolare nelle camere. La colazione veramente veramente molto misera per non parlare del servizio pulizia camere. Il letto era pieno di grinze e il lenzuolo sotto la coperta non era stato neanche fermato al materasso e per la prima volta da quando viaggioninvece che invece di rifornire nuovamente il kit cortesia in bagno il secondo giorno hanno tolto la cuffia per capelli e la seconda saponetta. Credo che una città come Torino offra molto di meglio

Si tratta di un edificio in stile liberty. Ben tenuto con una sala colazione con mobili e arredi d'antiquariato. La mia camera era in mansarda con armadio piccolo e basso per ovvi motivi. Ben climatizzata e sufficientemente ampia. Bagno con doccia pulito.

Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber, tolles Ambiente, wie in einem Palazzo, gut gelegen zum ÖPNV und auch zum Laufen in die Stadt (15 min). Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Parken im Hof möglich, 10€ pro Tag. Unbedingte Weiterempfehlung. Jederzeit wieder.

Отель со своим характером в историческом особняке
Отель расположен в историческом особняке стиля ампир (совсем не модерн, как пишут в рецензиях). Внутри сохранилось несколько интересных элементов, витражей, картин, предметов старины (и модерна) . Но отелю очень нужен хороший дизайнер, чтобы модернизировать его и придать интерьерам комнат свежесть и внятность. Бордовые покрывала и салфетки (лучше вообще без них!), я не помню в каком году такой цвет был моден, он убивает всё ; цвет стен, расцветка штор, многое вызывает вопросы?! Отель знал лучшие времена, но сейчас стойко справляется с трудностями, в том числе, с шумом за окном по вечерам. Отель находится в хорошем районе, расположен недалеко от станции метро, рядом на соседних улицах, много кафе. Все сотрудники отеля очень внимательны и прилагают все усилия, чтобы помочь и ответить на все вопросы. Завтрак не очень разнообразен и повторяется каждый день. Спасает положение приветливый сотрудник, который работает на завтраке. Остановиться в этом отеле можно: всё есть, комната просторная, оборудование санузлов вполне нормальное, в комнате есть стол, шкаф, тумбочка, телевизор. Было бы неплохо сделать дополнительный свет к столу. Зал для завтрака и лестничный холл оставляют приятное впечатление, красивый витраж на стойке регистрации, имеется лифт. Этот вариант проживания вполне можно рассматривать. Пожелания на будущее: хотелось бы видеть этот отель обновлённым, оживлённым и более динамичным. Благодарю все сотрудников отеля за самоотверженный труд и внимание к посетителям.

dormire in un palazzo d'epoca
hotel in zona centrale vicino a stazione porta susa e metropolitana l'impressione è quella di entrare nel passato..soffitti altissimi e stanza di grande dimensione...il proprietario ci ha raccontato dei lavori fatti e della volontà di mantenere gli spazi originali in effetti ci sono autentici pezzi d'epoca..esempio le porte con sovraporte cin fregi... disponibile anche parcheggio interno molto comodo
