"Hotel was clean, and staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Couple of issues… 1. I arrived earlier in the day to pay for room and check in my elderly parents, who were to arrive a little later in the day. There was an apparent staff shift change between this and the information was not conveyed to the staff member which made the check in process frustrating for my husband who arrived with my parents.
