Good for short stay
Location is good walkable to the old Madinah and near shops and restaurant. Staff need to be trained as their communication skills are not that good. They are nice but lack on communication skills. Tea and coffee are provided in the room which is nice but no water!! I asked for the water and the staff told me to buy water! I am wondering why they provide tea and instant coffee!!

I am dissatisfied with this propert for two major things: Internet ; wifi can be rightly considered not available; very very very slow , not operatable Breakfast : No open buffee as one might expect. Room serviced breakfast whis is well below expectations

Great - would stay again!
Loved this place, great value in Tunis. Rooms are recently renovated and sparkling clean. Wifi was pretty good although occasionally spotty. Staff were very helpful with anything I needed and breakfast delivered to the room. Only thing I would note is that the streets surrounded the hotel are blocked off, so taxis cant get to the actual hotel. This does involve walking with luggage a few hundred metres to get a cab.
