The property mixed up my reservation to the point where I ended up paying for three rooms when I only needed and used two. Expedia attempted to call them multiple times to try and resolve the issue. It got to the point where I had to contact them personally. Unprofessional and too expensive for what was provided.

There was a wasp between the screen and glass pane of the window. The window itself was all scratched up and dirty. The hair dryer did not work and there was no attempt to replace it by the property.

Worst place to stay, do not stay here. 1, the staff is very rude, as they canceled my reservation that was paid for through Expedia and the reason was they “Expedia sent an email instructing the hotel to do so” but Expedia did not send them any emails to do any such thing. Sheila the manager, GM or what ever her roles was argued with not only me when I said I never canceled my reservation and that I paid for it and it was still active but with 2 of the 3 Expedia workers in front of me. If I hadn’t just drove 8 hours I would’ve have left. The staff told me to never use Expedia as they hatted them. I told them that I have been using Expedia for years and never had a problem. Expedia did get my reservation fixed. 2, once we got a room, I was disgusted. The floor looks like it had never been cleaned, the bathroom smelled of pet urine and dirty and really bad in the shower if you want to call it a shower. The shower was so small, and there was no place for you to put your hair, body or washcloth. The blankets looked like they were 20 years old as they were worn out and torn. The smell of the room resulted in me buying air freshener. The wall are paper thin and house keeper just walk into the room. There was also cob webs in the corners. 3, Then at check out they charged me for my medical service dog no not an ESA but a SA pet cause she barked 1 time and that was because my daughter was at the door waiting for me to get the key fixed. My service dog was in a kennel.

I absolutely loved this place and the people running it and working there are amazing! Not gonna list everything but i love everything about it. Super clean, quiet, everything's new and smelled great. Has an awesome pool and hottub and everything was maintained well. Staff were all polite and helpful. Best sleep I've had in a long while. Showers are the BEST! Have an awesome breakfast with eggs n Bacon and even PANCAKES! conveniently located there's a mcdonalds you can walk to there's a Walmart 3 miles away. Cracker Barrel basically next door. This will always be where I stay when I need a hotel in Tulsa! or need to recommend one to anyone. One that's even more affordable than all the others that offers way more in the end! Just stay here and SLEEP INN!!!! :)

This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed at. The room was poorly cleaned, and there was suspected mold on the bathroom wall (inside the room). Additionally, the buffet had stale food. The surrounding area of the property felt suspicious at night.

Ive stayed at several budget hotels in Tulsa over thanksgiving weekend for the last 10 years, and this was easily the nicest of the lower cost places. Very clean and comfortable room, simple breakfast was always ready and available, good lighting in parking lot. Front desk was friendly and For the money this was a great place.

At check in, was given notice of various fees and deposits that were not acceptable to charge my account for. Reserved room with 2 queen beds and was in a room with 2 double/full size beds which were not acceptable!

My mother had an inflammatory disease and cannot be around mold, the first room we were placed in smelled badly of mold, we requested to move rooms and the very friendly staff member was able to do so, however the second room also smelled of mold and we had to leave to find another hotel at 2 am

Okay, but I wouldn’t stay again
The hotel itself was a little old, not in the greatest shape- but for a cheap hotel on a quickly planned trip, it did the job. It is not in the greatest area; crackheads in the abandoned motel next door, and a very creepy man that I’m pretty sure tried to human traffic me while I was staying there. I did bring it up to the owners, who assured me that he would be removed from the premises- but wasn’t. I wouldn’t be staying there again, especially as a woman staying alone.

I stayed here with my 3 kids while we moved my daughter to ORU. It tried to give this hotel a chance. Here’s the thing no one addressed in the reviews. The area is sketchy. Lots of sketchy people hanging around the outside of the hotel that made us afraid to walk anywhere alone. You know the area is bad when they keep the door locked to the lobby…DURING THE DAY. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. But it didn’t make us feel any safer. The 2nd day, I took my kids to the pool. The pool was dirty and it looked like there was sand at the bottom. My kids didn’t even want to swim in it. The cleanliness was ok but could be a lot better. This place needs a lot of improvement and if you’re trying to save money by getting a cheaper hotel, just spend the extra $100. I wish I did.

Look for another place to stay!
Not good at all! elevator was out of order, gave no warning, had to do stairs with lots of luggage, one room on 2nd floor , the other on the 3rd. One person we have is partially handicap, they had no options available to help, so had to struggle up the stairs. Double charged for one of the rooms. The guy at the counter was rude and disrespectful, just shrugged his shoulders about HIS mistake. Was told owner would call to fix the double charges, never heard from her. I have called over and over trying to get it corrected.

Awful stay! Needs upgrades
This was a horrible stay! I first was told I had to “upgrade” to a different room and paid another $75 when I don’t know why it mattered since kids had sleep on the floor anyway. The room was smaller, no bathtub, and toliet that kept clogging. The staff was rude! Our keys stopped working everytime we left the room- we had them rekey cards at least 8 times and they were rude when we told them we needed them rejeyed. Then out door broke and we were sitting in the hall for a good 45 mins. Bathroom area small. Fire alarms went off and they said it happens for no reason. Needs to be fixed! The hotel needs be upgraded!!!! Bathroom area was really small

Thank you for responding to our online survey. We are sorry to hear about your experience which is unlike our usual hospitality and apologize for the keycard issue and the fire alarm. We were waiting for a part for the fire alarm as promised by our vendor. At this point I would like to point out that your reservation indicated 2 guest to check in but you arrived with 4 others and therefore the room you booked could not accommodate that many guests in accordance to the local ordinance. Therefore, we suggested a suite to accommodate all your family members. To avoid this kind of issues we suggest you call the property to address your concerns prior to arrival.

This was the best hotel my family and i have stayed in and it was well priced. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and the room itself was clean and didn't have that "hotel" smell.
