Property did some updates but more is needed. The area around the hotel wasn’t as appealing as the hotel itself. Parking behind the hotel looked a little unsafe at night. Hotel breakfast was a good plus.

Not the best experience when checking in. The worst are the elevators. Felt very very unsafe. The room was clean. A bit smaller than expected. The pool was heated and the hot tub was working properly. Lastly there were a few homeless people around. Didn't enjoyed that either.

Someone messed up and booked the room we were supposed to be in. We had to wait while all that got situated, which was annoying because the kids were hungry. But we finally got another room that was supposed to be comparable. The bathroom had stucco on the floor like someone had been working on something in there. The refrigerator disintegrated work, and yes…it was plugged in. The lights on the desk flickered. The AC made some creepy loud whistle every single time it turned off. We were there 2 nights so after complaining, they did give us a nicer room the 2nd night we stayed.

Hotel was decent. However, I did not like the location as I did not feel that safe walking after dark. We did not get our room cleaned during our stay. Trash was left unemptied and nothing tidied. Very disappointing for a Hyatt hotel. On the positive, the breakfast was good.

The breakfast was extensive - thank you. Convenient location. Our room was great. Very friendly service. Really did not enjoy the large group of men (12-15?) loitering around the adjacent Circle K and adjacent parking lot at night. They did not pester us, but I made sure to accompany my elderly parent through the throng. Super uncool. Otherwise, I would recommend.

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. The rooms are stocked as required by Hyatt Place Brand Standards, but we always have additional items available at the front desk during a guest stay. The phone, being cordless must be turned on and off during each use on the receiver but I will make sure maintenance check to make sure that it is working properly.

The hotel is what I expected. Clean rooms. But the area around the hotel is sketchy. Parking is shared with a hotel that offers monthly stays if that informs your decision. The circle K is frequented by several to many unhoused people throughout the day.

The hotel was nice overall. Our room was great but we had to keep asking for things- toilet paper, pillows, etc. The hot tub did not work which we were told was a quick fix, but it did not get fixed. There were a lot of homeless people nearby. The breakfast was phenomenal with lots of changing options. Staff were friendly.

Hotel was nice, but there are sooooo many homeless people around they even lock the front door at 7 pm, I’m sure for safety reasons. We didn’t have problems with our car being broken into or anything, but felt unsafe.

Our stay was great and we will book again. The only reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 was that the bed mattress was so soft. I like a harder mattress to support my back. Other than that, it was great in so many ways!

Mixed feelings…the staff were super courteous and accommodating however the location was not great. There were a lot of homeless people in the area and even had one sleeping fight in front of the window of our room. The staff took care of it right away and he was gone within a few min.
