Excellent place for a lower price!
A very nice hotel! Clean and large rooms. We had no issues with anything. The staff were very nice and friendly! Definitely our new place to stay when in Tucson! For the price its better than many that I have paid double the amount!

Good hotel overall
Overall the location and condition of the hotel is very good. What I do not like: 1) No one cleaned the room in the day, we had a couple of nights of stay 2) The breakfast place is manned by one single person it seams. More often than not, all coffee pots are empty. The hot water is just luke warm. They run out plates, we have to use the disposables that are meant for take-aways. Hotel should pay special attention to this area.

Nice staff, overall clean, but not sure if they check the room properly when checking out.. there was food left behind in the fridge from the last person and sadly i had to leave some behind too so hopefully that is caught..

Great hotel
This hotel was great. The room was clean and large. The free breakfast offered a lot of options. All the staff was friendly. It was easy to find and we had no problems. The beds were comfy. The pillows were pretty flat but that was the only thing I could possibly think to change.

I feel like the property is getting run down. Carpets in the halls need to be replaced, Dirty and torn. I also noticed they dint get vacuumed each day.

Stayed at this hotel chain before yet at a different location. Wasn’t aware why we woke up with congestion and allergic reaction in our rooms. Discovered we were placed in an a room where pets were allowed. I would imagine a standard disclaimer is …you are staying in a room where pets stay. Smelled like an animal hospital throughout the room and up and down hallways.

Nice new facility but lacking in service. No shampoo in the room. The free breakfast was not worth the cost. Overall, the service personnel need more training on follow up such as refilling all the complimentary items in the rooms and marking the items at the breakfast bar.

Room was very clean quiet and well kept. The hallway carpets could use a good cleaning but other than that the staff was great, and breakfast was good.

Location was main reason why we stayed, we have stayed at the one in downtown, but this one is better for distance wise. The room was dirty undusted and there was dust all over shower, sink, and I found hairs as soon as I entered the room. It needed a dust I understand we live in Arizona but there was dust everywhere and I was sneezing all time and waking up at night to sneeze.
