"Upon check in we noticed the room smelled , was dirty, no A/C and was nothing like the pictures advertised. We immediately checked out. But was still required to pay for one night. Completely disappointed"

"3rd time staying at La Paloma, very nice resort with nice pools and views of the mountains. Be aware if you want to play on the Har-Tru clay courts, they are under construction, which was a major disappointment. It was the only reason for our stay as we wanted to prepare our daughter on playing on clay since she will be playing on red clay soon. The late checkout was nice though"
