"Nice location. Nice washer and kitchen. Far from parking. Check in was complicated. Check email for addition website to check into. This was difficult without wifi. We were standing on the street trying to figure it out at 10PM. Then you get a building code to get a box code to get a room key. Now we understand it, it is doable."

"Hotel is in a great position right opposite the cruise port and adjacent to the town. There are plenty of good restaurants close by. The hotel itself is one of faded glory. It’s obvious it’s seen better days. I found the check in staff rather abrupt, though the bar staff were lovely. The room itself was quite spacious and the bathroom huge and marble. Blackout curtains were effective, but spilled light all around. I thought one 500ml bottle of water between two of us rather mean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows rather flat. I would stay here again, though my expectations would now align with reality rather than images on their website"

"This hotel was well-situated in the heart of Trieste. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, spacious. The breakfast which we ordered as an afterthought was amazing - beautifully presented and served. We would definitely recommend this hotel without question."
