6/10 Okay

"Unclean front entrance. Stone pavers under the portico were uneven and a tripping hazard. It was hard to roll my suitcase. The person at the front desk was not welcoming. The pool was unusable. The weight bench in the fitness room was broken. My shower drain was clogged. My room was clean, the AC worked well and the breakfast was good but not a lot of gluten free options."

"They provided a good solid stay. The staff was friendly & attentive. My room was clean but the room & the overall facility was rather run down. The entire facility should have some attention--frayed carpets, pitted fixtures in bathroom, etc. They provided the basics but it was not a glamorous vacation spot."

"This was such a beautiful hotel. We have gone to Johnson City a few times as our son will start school there in the fall. We have stayed at other franchise branded hotels, such as Hilton and Marriott and this one far surpassed it. A place this grand would be awesome for a reception and a special event. There’s a cute boutique downstairs by the spa that has dresses that are actually affordable and cute. We will stay there again. We loved the vibe of this place."

"⁰Was only there for 6hrs, during this time the room we were put in needed some deep cleaning and repairs. Light switches coming off the walls and didn't work when walking in. The shower had hardly any water pressure to shower with. We hit the mattress by accident and shifted it on the bed, underneath was full of dirt and crumbs, it was disgusting. You could tell the floor hadn't been taken care of around the entire room, just infront of the door and first bed. It was dirty."
