"Owner on-site and very helpful. The suite was decorated in antiques and thoughtfully stocked with such things as personal bug spray, water, creamers/tea, etc. The "free parking" was on the public streets and square but the owner assisted us in making sure we were not in the wrong place at the wrong time. "The hotel was located near the sea, and near the town center, making it very convenient. The staff was great, and helped us with our questions. Our room was large and the shower was very big. The hotel itself was very clean and had lotts of marble."

"Very centrally located, close to shops & churches, one of cinemas in Trapani and the port. 2 flights of stairs to access property, which might be tricky for persons with limited mobility. Nice inner yard on entrance with various plants. Comfy room with wifi access, balcony, heating/fan, mini-fridge, wardrobe, single sofa. Very welcoming and helpful host."

"The view is incredible!! Fantastic location which is easily walkable to all main spots. Staff helpful and friendly. The apartment is very rustic with loads of charm however it’s very old and in need of updating. Bed really uncomfortable, very basic kitchen. Step climb to the top apartments so if your elderly or have issues walking probably not the place for you. No parking on site but the staff kindly showed us where to park nearby. "

"Our room was not that we’ve seen and chose on the picture, it was tiny, furniture there worn out to the level that you couldn’t use it. Shower’s wall ,which facing the room, was transparent! The room was on the fourth level which compares to the seventh floor in US with no elevator (my husband is 67). My phone company denied internet connection saying it’s not safe. "We really enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The receptionist (Ileana) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. The only small difficulty was the fact that the streets around the hotel have restricted access for cars, so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage.
