I was on a business trip and wanted a very peaceful sleep. The air conditioning of the room was horrible. The team tried to put me in the different room but what they didn't understand was that I wasn't concerned about the size of the room but the air conditioning. I had a terrible sleep and made my night in tolouse very difficult.

Highly Recommended
Would highly recommend this Residhotel. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 ring hot plate, microwave and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc. The hotel also provides use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small extra charge which we found very useful. The gym is great with decent equipment and air conditioning that works. There’s a supermarket just behind the hotel which is very handy and the old town is about 25 minutes walk. Parking is €12 per day, it’s secure, spacious and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very close to the motorway so easy to reach without having to drive through Toulouse. It’s surrounded by some busy roads so there’s a lot of traffic ( although it’s quiet at night) but this didn’t bother us at all. If we return to Toulouse we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The gym could do with a little more equipment. The room was good size and nice. Tv could have chromecast facilities, as for international travels it is hard with just French tv.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were abysmal. The first room we were given was wheelchair accessible, which was inappropriate and suggested a lack of awareness in saving it for clients who needed it (not us). The replacement room we were given was awful. The WC reeked like mildew, which permeated the entire apartment, and the table tops in the room hadn't been wiped down (strands of hair were visible here and there). We were so displeased, we booked another room in Toulouse and left. Honestly, the baseline for accommodations is cleanliness, and your hotel failed spectacularly on this. Foul odours in a room, a WC, are totally unacceptable.

Very clean and comfortable, although not in center
Recently refurbished, very clean and comfortable room. The place is great for a short or longer stay, as you get a small kitchen that is well equiped. The area is quiet and safe. The only issue is that it's a bit far from both the center and train station (30+ min walk), but there are buses nearby.

Great place to stay for mini break in Toulouse. Lovely staff, really clean and comfortable room. Nice location, if a bit out of the centre, Canal du Midi metro about a 15 minute walk, Casino shop and baker very close by

Hassle free, simple and speedy check in was a positive start to our stay. Our room was clean and tidy on arrival. A well equipped kitchen area with Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Hob, Dishwasher, with all the essential utensils available. USB Charging points above bedside cabinets. Good sized Walk in shower with step free access. Efficient A/C which kept the room comfortable as outside temperature was 30°C There were no negatives to our stay here, we would definitely return.

Very clean building, well sized apartment, with all amenities provided. Area is a bit out of the way (pros and cons there) but public transport is fine. Not quite a room with a view, but nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy - noise absolutely fine especially at night with windows closed.

WOW! What a find! Where do I start? This place is spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. Very well located and with great facilities including a well equipped gym. The room was great, with a huge and very comfortable bed but also had fridge, hob, microwave and even a small dishwasher. 24 hours of secure underground parking for 8 Euros, another 8 Euros for the pet charge, walks along the canal into the city centre, a supermarket an easy stroll away (left out of the hotel, first left, then left again), a pizza takeaway and a superb bakery just down the road (turn left out of the hotel and just keep going). Very helpful staff, even gave me my own blipper to enter/exit the car park, and all this for a quite amazing price! I have stayed in some top quality hotels but in terms of value for money this place is incredible. If you're travelling to, or through, Toulouse, and all you need is cleanliness and comfort at an excellent price, stay here!!

Nice and clean studio
Very new and nice play to stay in Toulouse. This is not very far from the center (10-minute walk by the canal de Brienne) The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the studio perfectly clean. I will definitely be back if back in Toulouse!

Great place for a short stay (just 6 hour overnight, while driving). It was a bit complicated to find the way to their parking, since there were many roadworks at night. But apart from that, great place - very fresh rooms!

Great stay in an amazing apartment!
Lounge was spacious, light and airy, clean and well decorated . The place also have an outdoor area for smokers and for my little puppy where he can run around without lead because it was secure. Our apartment is of good sized, fully equipped kitchenette plus balcony. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Tarif et équipements très sympathique
Je passe fréquemment à cet hôtel, l'équipe de réceptionniste est toujours très agréable et sympathique, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Le seul bémol est le bruit causé par le périphérique qui passe à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui n'est pas vraiment la responsabilité de l'hôtel, j'y passe fréquemment et continuerai d'y passer.
