We were welcomed right in after a long and trying day. The hotel we had booked for a week had cancelled our stay without notifying us. We booked OKKO and enjoyed our overnight stay.The snacks and drinks were great. We even tried the gym. Thank you.

Friendly & helpful staff
Just a short overnight stay but the room and hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free snacks and drinks were a bonus!

Excellent location, staff & services
Have stayed at the Okkos in Paris & like their style. Rooms are furnished sparsely, are not roomy, but bed linens are excellent & design is light, aerie, so quite comfortable. And quiet: HUGE plus for a hotel in the heart of a city. The Okko is a 5 minute walk from the main train station: one of the main reasons we chose it. Also right next to a big square & in minutes you're walking the pedestrian streets to the harbor. Love the in-room Nespresso machine and common room coffee machines for cappuccinos, hot cocoa, Americano, cafe au lait, tea at any time. Also a complimentary frig with juices, tonics, soft drinks & put out a bit of fruit, some crackers & cheese for nibbles. Their evening apero hour (6:30-7:30 I think) used to be a self service buffet but now they make a couple plates of snacks & bring them to you. If you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast (a bit steep @ 18 Euros per person) just walk across the street to the fantastic bakery (you can see it from the common room!) We got baked goods, had them with the Okko's coffee and were set for the morning. Tons of restaurants, cafes, museums, etc all around. Staff is quite friendly & helpful. With staff help figured out the system to buy transit book of 10 transit rides for 10 Euros (can be shared): took the ferry to Les Sablettes one day & on another to Hyeres Old Town. BOTH very worth doing. (Don't bother with the Hyeres Port which is mainly a modern marina.)

Just to remind we build the the easiest hotel as possible, with 98 same rooms, to be sure that you can't expect something we do not have at the reservation. And the idea here is not to have biggest rooms in the area, but a full stay with nice rooms and a 24/24 lounge with all soft drinks and snacks included... We do understand that if you don't like this model you will not enjoy our hotel. Also to remind we refunded you 4 night of a non refundable rate to let you find the good hotel for you. Hope you will still enjoy your Toulon Stay !

Spotless!
Absolutely spotless, fabulously clean! Breakfast was great location perfect for amenities! Only issue was shower was open in the room so not much privacy if you were with friends. Overall one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in 10/10

Très belle expérience généreuse
Séjour exceptionnel. Tellement de petites attentions. Buffet petit déjeuner très sympathique et en plus gâteaux, thé, café et petits gâteaux disponibles dans le salon toute la journée. Apéro servi à partir de 18h avec amuses bouches. Vraiment rien a dire du début à fin. Très belle expérience.

Great place to stay in Toulon, located in a quiet street just a short walk from the central station and the old town. A new and fresh hotel with comfortable rooms, great staff and excellent service. There is a lounge adjacent to the reception with complimentary hot and cold drinks, cookies and fruit which is open 24/7. The rooftop lounge is also a plus.
