The rooms are clean. The staff are nice. The two pools and sauna are great. There is a weight room in the parking garage. It is small, but adequate.

The best hotel ever but the price is little high. The swimming pool is wonderful. However, small children in the swimming pool after 8:00 pm is not correct. As well as 2 or 3 years old kid in the jacuzzi without diapers is not acceptable.

Lovely hotel by the river
Great choice for our trip to Toruń, friendly staff, spoke English very well, bed was comfortable, plenty of hand gels and mask wearing to help you feel safe during these current times. Breakfast was choice of cold buffet and hot cooked breakfast, again all done with social distancing and served by the staff so there was no cross contamination. Lovely spa and swimming pool which was used by us both. Would recommend to anyone travelling to visit this beautiful city. About 2.5 miles from Toruń speedway stadium which we walked to taking about 50 minutes. Will certainly stay again!

Overall it was more or less OK. I cannot turn of light in the sleeping room receptionist could not help. Scales were broken - they replaced them. Some cosmetics were added not on regular basis - only after I reminded. They delivered breakfast to the room - however vegetables were not available all the time, requested hard boiled eggs were soft boiled. They gave voucher for sauna - however it was not hot.

A great place!
It was a very nice stay, a great place, a very good breakfast. Just a pity that jacuzzi wasn't really warm and that it's a bit small. But besides it was awesome!

The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to the picturesque side on the river and also a few steps from the Old Town. Swimming pool and saunas are also nice. Good breakfast.

Great place for families

Basic hotel with some nice features
No air con in the room. But room was a good size, with a modern safe. Huge balcony. Breakfast closed very early. Lights broken in corridors. In need of a refresh of some of the decor. Nice looking pools (didn't have chance to use them).

Beautiful location on the river. It is close to Old Town--an easy walk. Modern hotel with modern facilities. Longer pool hours would be beneficial. The pool facility was good and inviting.

Pool for the people
Great location. Pool seemed to close to early so we never got to use it. The hallway lights are also annoying. They never seemed to come on when walking town them despite being on sensors. No iron option in your room, you must go to a special room to iron your cloths. Very nice rooms with great bathrooms.

Another stay at Copernicus
As always a very comfortable hotel with great amenities within the hotel plus walking distance to the old town. A little more expensive than a year ago. Parking was 30plnz a day which was a tad expensive. Bar drinks a lot more expensive. Still a great hotel, the best in Torun but you pay a premium for that now. Price now very similar to a London hotel.

Great position and clean. Unfortunately for 2 beds put together with 2 mattresses, there was only 1 cover which was not even big enough to cover the beds without anybody sleeping in it. For 2 people much too small! Although there was no plain coffee available for the room kettle.

Good value for money, very family oriented, only 5 min. walk through nice park to old town, right on Vistula River with riverwalk, great breakfast, wifi, and amazing cappuccino at restaurant terrace. Beds a tad stiff, but all else seemed a good deal.

Outstanding hotel - great location
We certainly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean warm and relaxing.Pool and Sauna were relaxing. Easy walk into old town. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Particular mention to the restaurant. Breakfast was very good, only one minor glitch was no hot buffet on one of the days. Evening dinner cuisine was very professional and one of the better hotel restaurants that I have visited in Poland. We would definitely stay there again.
