We have installed many smart devices here so It’s self check in and self check out . We don’t need 24/7 front desk here .

My room is recently fresh painted in a warm quiet property with security cameras. Every room has big window . The countertops tiles are replaced recently in the kitchen bathroom and mini bar . I don’t see any reason for the guest to lie here .

The property was advertised was not close to one shown in photos. No tv, no kitchen facilities at all, and due to issues beyond my control I needed to cancel one nights stay for medical reasons yet they where unwilling to refund the one night.

We have nice big kitchen here . However TV is not allowed to keep the place quiet . Based on our policy , guest can’t get refund after having checked in .

I was so comfortable here that I stayed here instead of a fancy hotel. There are all basic necessity nearby. Friendly staff, best security & safety in the neighbourhood. The house is constantly monitored on camera for cleanliness as well. If you want something that looks fancy you should stay in an expensive hotel. For comfort, cleanliness, peace & affordability, this is truly the best!

I really liked the place and the location. It was very close to YorkU campus and it’s just a 10 minute walk, maybe less. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants so if you ever want to go out for lunch or order something there’s that. The only thing I’d say I didn’t like was that in the middle of the night there were some people talking really loudly out on the streets, which is understandable considering that the area hosts a lot of students. If you don’t mind noise when sleeping, then this place is great for you. The owner was very nice and very kind. The house is very big and really pretty. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Great location
The lady was welcoming and friendly. Good location. I would stay there again, but the place needs more cleaning especially in the bathrooms. A mirror in each room is recommended. Overall, it wasn't bad.
