Stayed here because it was cheap, obviously right. Paid deposit in cash and got a receipt because of other reviewers. Everything was fine, hole in the wall, walls are a little stained. But overall we slept fine and got our deposit back I guess you just have to be smart about it. Worth saving $20 - $40? Probably not.

Airport shuttle from airport was unavailable. When I called hotel, there was no response, only answering machine which was not in service. I paid a cab, hotel staff told me there is no reimbursement, "it's a complementary service". There's no ramp to the building to accommodate luggage. Luggage had to be lifted onto entryway which did not have automatic doors. Television does not work. Hot water in shower takes a long time to get to the required temperature.

Not the cleanest room, but convenient and works for a quick night stay overnight. Real close to the airport and late night food option next door is great. Staff was good to deal with.

They charged my credit card the day I was goin to arrive when I booked the hotel, I booked to pay at the property. The next day when we wanted to take a shower the water was only cold or hot no mid. Sorry I would not recommend the hotel

The hotel acoustics are terrible. If you want to hear your neighbors all night this is the place for you. Otherwise its a basic place to rest your head, if you can get any sleep due to the noise. The staff are friendly enough and the shuttle is a nice touch. Getting a call 15 min to the room to confirm the shuttle was also good. Probably wont stay again due to the noise.

This is not a real hotel. It’s converted offices above a car rental place. The shuttle didn’t show up, even after calling the front desk and requesting it and being told it would be there in 25 min every time we called. The door is hard to find because you literally go in through the car rental place. There’s no lock on the inside of the room except the latch lock. Two throw pillows instead of real pillows on the bed. The walls are thin and you can hear everything (sorry everyone for my 2am departure!) including flights overhead.

The hotel was located in a rental car kiosk, above a subway and shawarma shop.This should be classified as a very low budget motel. I was under the impression that expedia had higher standards than this. As you walk through the hallways there was a dirty baby pack and play in front of 2 microwaves, not a great impression of clenliness. Don’t expect to take a shower…turn the water on… Cold. Turn it off and back on …. scalding hot. Terrible “hotel”. Can’t even say you get what you pay for. Paid too much!!!

If you desperately need to sleep because of a delayed flight, pay the extra bucks to stay anywhere else but this Nu hotel! It’s not Nu, it’s Ol. Lol! Dusty walls, old school elevator, crappy service, etc

I called from the airport for a free shuttle, but the phone was out of service. I took a cab, they said they will refund my cab fare to the credit card I left for incidentals. I will wait for my credit card bill to see if this was done.

Super old building, really noisy and scary elevator. Room door did not lock. Dust everywhere - super unclean. Only 2 small pillows on bed. Light bulb burnt out in washroom. TV wasn't working and went down to front desk to ask for help - she said she would come up to check but she never came.

Unfortunately, staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful when organizing my airport transfer. The hotel is a single floor of rooms, accessed by a rickety elevator, located above a car rental shop. As a solo woman, I didn’t feel super safe or comfortable.

They are not clear where their shuttle is. It's not with the other Hotel shuttle buses. They should specify that. They have no phone manners. First time I called to find out about shuttle, they told me pole E3, and hung up before I can ask how long it would take. I stood outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes. Called back to ask how much longer it would take, she answered "I will call him again" and hung up again, without telling me how long. 😡 The bottom of the foot of the toilet was dirty and garbage behind the toilet, so it had not been cleaned.

Very convenient and budget park and stay. Noisy when people move in and out all night, then garbage truck and planes take over at 6 a.m. You get what you pay for. Owners are very helpful and responsible, room is clean and renovated
