We had a short lay over but this place was fantastic. Arriving on a late flight it was amazing. We were greeted with friendly staff and a convient grab and go bar full of lots of options from salad, to fruit and quivk meal options...which was so fantastic after a long flight and just wanting to head to our room

Called ahead in the morning to inform the hotel we would be on a late flight and to hold our room. Room was not held, we were given another room with a pull out sofa bed that wasnt big enough for an adult and was not even close to flat, closer to sleeping in a hammock. Staff brough sheets and pillows but no blankets. Was almoat 2 in the morning so slept on it anyway.

The staff we interacted with at front desk and room service were very friendly and efficient. The bathroom door of room did not work at all, it’s supposed to roll shut and the rollers were completely jammed. There was also a black hair on white countertop. I noticed when placing room service tray down. (We do not have this type of hair).

I didn’t like how warm our room was. I turned the heat down to 65 and it was still too warm. Obviously the thermostat didn’t work properly. The bed wasn’t comfortable also

There was no parking near the hotel. The first room I was given had young kids in the hallway yelling and running around. The next room I finally got to was quiet but of course I had to pay extra to get a quiet room. Not impressed at all.

our room was noisy at night between the highway traffic and hall noise I couldn't get much sleep. Bathroom could have been cleaner...short hair found on counter when arrived. Best think about this place was the guy who helped us with our luggage...super helpful.
