Was in a handicapped room and the bars were appreciated. Does need a small table or counter next to the sink so there is somewhere to put a toiletry/makeup bag at sink level. The bed was very comfortable. There was a very heavy footed couple in the room above us that were walking/"stomping" around the room until after midnight.

The hotel was fantastic. The check in staff( only staff I saw) was phenomenal! My only issue was I had young people next-door partying half the night and no security to get them to be quiet.

The property is completely rundown from dirty carpets in the room to dirty hallways. My wife and I rate this hotel a minus one. Very poor breakfast. I wouldn’t feed it to my cat or dog. We couldn’t get water from the bar she only offered bottled water When we checked in one of the staff was very unpleasant and should be let go as soon as possible

It's very close to the airport, convenient for over night. If you arrive in time there are some dining options but onlubone place open late nearby.

There was noise in the halls at all hours, the bed was so stiff it was hard to sleep on, the tub faucet was leaky, there were cracked tiles, the lock didn't work properly, and the airport shuttle was not only falling apart but was incredibly dirty. At the end of the day, the room served its purpose but I won't be staying there again.

We were told to cstch the shuttle at #13 at terminsl 3 which we did and it took us to the wtong hotel. How were we supposed to know that there are 2 "Quality Inns"? The driver needs to inform his passengers which of the two hotels he is going to. We had to take a taxi to the correct hotel. Major snafu!

It looked very sketchy when pulling up to it. It was dark and dingy. Had to have mom check for bed bugs. It does in a pinch for cheap overnight before your flight, but it hurt abit coming from a hilton on niagara to this hotel. Snobby i know 😬

I had sent messages weeks in advance to inform the hotel that I would be checking in late and needed assistance with my luggage. However, the lady at the reception was not very pleasant when I arrived and was rude. The next morning, I encountered a friendly receptionist who arranged for the staff to help me with my luggage.

This property is perfect for an overnight during layovers for connecting flights from Toronto Pearson Airport. Free shuttles from and to the airport are convenient. The hotel is a bit “tired” but clean with comfortable beds. Literally minutes from airport by shuttle, so not much to do in area. There is a Pub on site and a pizza place as well. Both are fine. We got in at 930pm so no food available at Pub but we were able to order a pizza and eat it at the restaurant and have a beer.

I usually stay in Quality Inn Toronto Airport when traveling via Toronto. Every time it is a very pleasant experience. The shuttle bus will pick me up for free and in 5 minutes I am in the hotel. The staff is excellent - professional and very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, nice size, with good heating/cooling, very nice bed linen. The pizza restaurant on the property is not fancy, but good, with good honest food. The staff there is really nice too. I like the place and plan to stay here many more times.
