The street noise is substansible so get an interior room. Rooms are small and for 3 people it's really cramped. Hotel management was very courteous and friendly.

This was listed as a pet friendly hotel and they actually have a no pet policy. I am deaf so my wife called Expedia and the customer service was was abysmal the rep would not listen to the issue and kept trying to give my wife a free git.he actually hung up on her

Front desk was courteous and polite, asked about needing shuttle and wake up call. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Coffee was excellent while we waited for shuttle. will stay here again

Expedia took no responsibility on how they advertised the room and parking available for the stay. Instead they passed off the responsibility to the Hotel even though the booking was done through Expedia. I never booked into the hotel at all. I tried several times to have Expedia rectify the situation and refund my payment ,but with no success even though a representative upon first contact aggreed to do so . Very poor service from the Hotel and more importantly Expedia

I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was very dirty. Bathtub was filthy, curtains were also very dirty. Walls very thin, people next to us were extremely loud all night.

We had a nice room. I found the mattress too firm and the pillows too small. We each had a club sandwich for dinner which was good but breakfast was not.

Overall good hotel the bathroom smelled bad but sprayed some airosol and smell went away don’t eat at restaurant attached to hotel. Got food poisoning from a poutine and ruined my trip

The bar/restaurant had a good selection on the menu. Service was fast and the dinner was very nice (lamb shank). The room was clean and big (224). Shuttle from the hotel to the airport was on time and very nice driver. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel took too long to come so I got a taxi to the hotel.
