Expedia took no responsibility on how they advertised the room and parking available for the stay. Instead they passed off the responsibility to the Hotel even though the booking was done through Expedia. I never booked into the hotel at all. I tried several times to have Expedia rectify the situation and refund my payment ,but with no success even though a representative upon first contact aggreed to do so .
Very poor service from the Hotel and more importantly Expedia
