Advertisement states "rooms are sound proof" they are NOT sound proof. I didn't sleep at all during my stay there because the floors/walls were so thing and Not sound proof enough that I could hear both sides of a zoom call from one room. Another room the people were arguing, and in another someone was singing in the shower. Bed was horrible. One side felt like sleeping on concrete (which actually probably would have been more comfortable) and the other there was no support at all. As for the stated "breakfast" that was offered. It was coffee and an apple. And the coffee was basically just luke warm water with barely any coffee in it. Will definitely not stay in a quality inn again and especially not this one.

Staff was friendly. Beds were lower to the ground and more firm than my likings. Room was nice and large but the bathroom was small and needed updated. Pool area was smaller and the hot tub was only warm after an hour of the jets going but also had to deal with loud ringing noise from when the jets were on. During breakfast my children were worried as two other guests were discussing just being released from prison.

Clean, helpful, pleasant.
The inn was clean, the staff from the get-go was pleasant and accommodating. The person who greeted me was patient and kind; the breakfast preparer was delightful and very helpful. As we departed, the staff members was kind wishing us a safe trip. I was so pleased for the inn, I looked for another Quality Inn for the next night.

Front desk was rude. Rooms are in rough shape. Found bed bugs. Did not stay. The manager the next day called and was very polite and seemed legitimately concerned. Refunded our money and seems like she is really trying to improve the place .

Good, quality stay
We were actually surprised because the price was right, that this place was as nice as it is. It’s in a decent location, and the rooms were very clean! Slightly outdated, there was some rust in the bathroom but it obviously didn’t affect our stay. I would stay here again for sure. Ohh and I left my iPhone charger in the room, but they had it when I came back for it a few hours later so shout-out to housekeeping.

It had a nice indoor pool area and it was in a convenient location. But the room felt stuffy and the air conditioner didn’t seem to help much. Overall, it was decent for a mid-priced hotel.
