"The room was advertised to have a hot tub and they did not. The breakfast was not ready on time when I needed to leave early."

"I picked it for the pool and hot tub. They were both very dirty. No towels, hot tub didn’t work well, old bandaides ava clumps of air on the floor and both had not been updated since who knows how long. The bottom and stairs had missing chucks, paint that long ago chipped away and the pool looked like it had been dyed a dark dark blue."

"The hallway/hallway lights were very dim/flickering. The front of the hotel does not look like the photos, and when we got to our room, it was probably 80+ degrees in there at 7pm, ac unit barely was able to cool to 65 degrees by morning. Made for a very poor rest night!"

"This is an older hotel, well situated near two interstate highways (I-70 and I-470) There is an excellent Texas Roadhouse restaurant within walking distance across the street. The room I had was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water in the bath/shower. All I could ever get out of it was warm water, although the water in the sink was hot. It seemed to be an issue with the control valve for the bath/shower. The air conditioning functioned well."

"Being an older property there were some issues. Paint peeling, ceiling tiles in the hallway missing. General maintenance items. It did not effect the stay. Best sleep I've had in a while. Will definitely stay again when I'm in town. The room was quiet even with people there for softball and baseball tournaments and a bowling tournament."

"One night stay on road trip. Hotel is old and in interesting neigh b orhood . Price was good for one night stop would not stay for extended time as seemed far away from places visitors would travel to. Full parking lot was nearly empty next morning so I assume that is the norm"

"Honestly best 3 days of my life once you go inside it smells amazing and the room was really cleaned, the blinds really darken the room I overslept and thought it was still night and nope it was already 11am, the staff was amazing too very accommodating and I will definitely come back."

"Room was extremely noisy. I could hear the people above us walking all night so couldn’t sleep. Also, the AC unit had annoying rattling so that was also noisy."
