Easy checkin in and out . Great location and value . Everything you need in room ,comfortable bed .would stay again for sure.

Clean and tidy room. Bed was good. Easy to park. Easy to find. Staff were pleasant. Bathroom was clean. Room was quiet and with the curtains shut next to no light from outaide the room. Would stay again.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Booked a room with a spa for two nights for two people. The hotel staff would not let my girlfriend on the property because "she is from Toowoomba" I spent the night by myself and asked for a refund the next day. They did not refund my remaining night. I contacted Wotif support team, who are very nice. When support contacted the property to confirm my claim, they were lied to. The hotel told them i left early because my mother was sick, which is false. Racist thieves. Avoid.

The room was comfortable enough and very clean. A couple of things would have made the stay a lot better. Management need a buzzer or bell so they can be alerted to clients entering the reception area. A compendium in the room would probably have been helpful to locate eateries etc. a major shopping centre was within walking distance and I had no idea.

Lovely, clean rooms in a quiet location but only a short walk to the racetrack which was just what we wanted. Only slight problem was the inhouse ipad which did not turn off overnight and, when trying to get to sleep at various stages during the night, the constant changing of the screen was annoying.

Loved this little gem!!!
Everything was so easy, the good was amazing and the owners friendly and welcoming. Loved it a was super close the shopping centre. Also, It was soooo quite, made a for a nice stay.
