Kitchenette with no utensils, TV in bedroom suite had yucky spots on it, shower floor disgustingly dirty… in need of beach and scrub brush. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed here for the solar eclipse. The hotel is easy on/off the highway. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and included several hot items. The wifi worked well and was speedy. The conference center was a great place to work while we waited for the total eclipse to occur. The hotel even provided special eclipse gift bags with glasses, snacks, coupons, and information on area events. Very glad we stayed here.

After reading many other hotel reviews for Toledo with indications of bed-bugs, we chose this hotel. We found the hotel to be clean and fresh, with obvious attention to detail. It's a newer hotel with good management. I think that the pool needed some maintenance (it was frigid, murky and full of sand on the bottom) but otherwise the experience was great. We'll stay at this location in the future.

Great hotel in excellent location. Room and property were very clean and the bed/pillows/sheets were the most comfortable I've slept on in any hotel. Would definitely stay here again

I only stayed one day while on my way to Detroit. But this is a very nice hotel as is the area around it. There are a good number of shops around if you need to pick something up, refuel, eat, etc. I interacted with three staff members all of whom were very pleasant. The vibe of the place is happy.
