I lived the fact that I forgot to tell them that my daughter is handicap. They had put us on the second floor. They changed and gave us a 1st floor room and handicapped at that

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy. The door however had gaps around it and appeared to have been broken into before. It made me afraid to sleep because the parking lot was right there. The staff were nice and pleasant enough but I was shocked that they asked for an extra $60.00 because I paid for my room through a third party. They said they’d reimburse my bank account in 5-10 business days. If I hadn’t had that extra in my account I would’ve been out of a room for the night. I have yet to get that extra $60.00 back.

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. It was exactly what I was looking for. The area was safe, secure, and quiet. There were several fast food restaurants and a grocery market right across the street. The check in/out process was easy inconvenient. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, everything and working condition, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was king size and I slept well. Would definitely stay here again!

We picked this place because the pictures looked nice. False advertising! The rooms look nothing like the pictures posted! The room was outdated and dirty. There were stains on the sheets and gross looking brown stains on the chair. Even the soap containers were dirty! The thing that got us the most though was the used gum with hair stuck in it between the mattress and the headboard! We asked for our money back but were told no simply because we checked in at 6 and didn’t complain until 10. The reason for that though was because my husband had to work so we were not even in the room from 6-9:30. We discovered how dirty the room was at 9:30. The manager said the beds were unmade. How else would we have found the used gym? We even showed the worker pictures but still did not receive our money back. We left anyway because we refused to let our children sleep in such a dirty place! Definitely think twice before booking here! Absolutely disgusting!

Found a bed bug in our room. Gave it to front desk. She asked if I found it in the bed, I told her it was by sink. She told “that’s ok, as long as it wasn’t in bed”. As we got ready to leave, my son and I seen a man and woman fighting. He was hanging on hood while she sped around and slammed on brakes. They were screaming. Within 30 mins. The police, detectives, and ambulance was there. Never staying there again.

Was clean, but lots of deferred maintenance. Breakfast was minimal. Generally low on everything. Got the impression the owners focus on saving money vs serving the guest. I had low expectations going in and they ere met!

Good for the price. Not the nicest property obviously but cheap and gets the job done. The bathroom had a really weird smell but the rest of the room was clean enough. Lots of restaurants, fast food, and grocery stores nearby making the placement super convenient.

They don't tell you that you have to pay a deposit when you book and pay through a 3rd party site. The room I paid for was non-refundable. So if I didn't have the funds to cover the deposit which was the same amount of my room then Im just screwed on the room all together. I was told when I paid the deposit that I would get the money back at checkout. When I went to checkout I was told I was misinformed. So now I have to wait over a week for my deposit. They will do and say whatever to get you to stay. Extremely dishonest... Never again will they get my money. There was a prostitute staying in the room next to me making my stay miserable. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Good stay for the value
Overall I had a good stay at Days Inn. The walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests. However, the shower was newly remodeled with a new showerhead and bathtub. That along with the sink was the best I've seen in a long time. The bedsheets appeared very clean and the pillows were comfortable. I can't comment on breakfast as I missed it, but the check-in/out process was easy.

The host and hostess were nice. Unfortunately, there were several issues. There was no coffee or means of making or drinking coffee in the room. The hot water for the shower never got hot. Breakfast selections were very limited. This property is two hotels spliced together... Fortunately, it is close to several places to eat, including Panera, and a Kroger.

So I got to the hotel, the rooms were nothing like what’s advertised. My first room had pubic hairs in the tube and around the toilet. I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms, I wanted a room that was in the pictures. He sent me to another room that was equally as filthy and said it was all new furniture, none of the rooms look like what’s advertised on Expedia. Then I asked for a refund and they would only give me a refund on the additional days I requested not that day, so they basically stole a night from me because I refused to sleep in filth.

Good value. Great bed.
Traveling and needed a convenient place near the interstate. The property seemed clean. Loved the bed(very comfortable). I love Panera Bread and it was right next door. Found myself in the area the next day and decided to stay again.
