TokyuStay is located not far from Omote-Sando street next to Gaeimmae Metro station (Ginza Line). Very convenient place and nice and clean business hotel. The rooms are small like most Japanese business hotels, but not too small and well equiped with Micro-oven, refrigerator, air purifier..Staff is very helpful!!! Highly recommend!!!

Overall an okay stay. Rooms were older with some stains on the furniture. Sheets and bathroom were clean, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Laundry in room was very convenient and the area is nice.

Suggest having housekeeping vacuum the vents above the kitchens sink due to dust build up

Great economic stay with all the adequate amenitie
We enjoyed our stay at this little hotel that we understood is part of a chain in Tokyo. The location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was just the right size for 2 people and had basic toiletries, a kitchenette and washing machine all in working order. There's a free coffee machine on the lobby floor which was nice and handy for early mornings. Ice and water machines on the lobby floor too. The staff were friendly and polite. The check in was a bit slow but we realized it is very similar experience everywhere. So be ready to stand in line.

Our room was quiet and we were able to walk to the ateas we wanted to visit. Desk staff member was unable to give helpful advice re taxis and time neede to get to the airport.

Central location, easy to be anywhere
The hotel has a great location near to Aoyama and Omotesando, where the bustling shopping and crowds are but yet away within 8-10mins walk. This area is less stressful with less people and has eclectic cafes, shops and eateries within walking distance. I love the location. Hotel amenities is basic, so don’t expect luxury 5 star standards but is clean and neat. My room is the version with a kitchenette and washer. Enjoy free coffee at the lobby with a self service machine.

Perfect place for longer stay. Room has awesome view and equipped with microwave and washing machine. There's a quality supermarket downstairs 24/7. It will always be my place whenever I come back to Tokyo.

It's a business hotel with tiny rooms, toilet-and-bathtube together. The reception personel is friendly and efficient (I speak Japanese so I cannot say whether they speak English or not). The Check-in and Check-out is very smooth. The hotel access is practical and in a side road, so it is quiet. There are cutterly and plates, a glass and a cup, with a microwave and an electric kettle. It is nice for someone who does not want to go out and does not mind odours in case they eat in their room. There is a washing mashine but I don't know how and where to hang the clothes once washed. The door isolation is bad so the light goes through its bottom, it is not possible to have a full dark room and you can hear whenever another guest gets in or out of their room (it woke me up a couple of times). The WI-FI didn't function - impossible to connect because it is not strong enough. The TV only has paid movies, there is no NHK or international channel. I stayed because I needed to be in Tokyo for one night for business matters and didn't want to have to take the metro since I had material to carry. Since I was moslty looking for convenience and that made the job for the price, in consideration of the location (OmoteSando).

Great location for travel by train, bus or taxi!
I am a big fan of the Tokyu Stay franchise as they are great for business travel. A cab to Tokyo Station/Yurakucho area is just around 2100 yen, there’s a great 24 Seijo Ishi (high end supermarket) nearby, convenience stores, a number of delicious restaurants in and around the building. Free coffee in the lobby but if you have more refined tastes there is a great bakery nearby that has great coffee as well. Staff was friendly and helpful and the view from my room made me want to move back to Tokyo again. Definitely adding this location to my roster!

Washer and dryer in the room!!! Free beer 1100-2100!!! Hot shower!! This place is amazing! There are taxis going by out front(I played at Blue Note a few nights) and had no issues getting to and from my gig. I do wish there were more tv options. CNN was depressing to watch 3 days straight. Convenience stores close by as well as a market. Room has a hot plate, fridge, microwave, dishes, and a pot for those looking to save a few bucks. The bed doesn’t squeak and you can’t really hear much noise except for doors slamming against the lock mechanism(folks not wanting the door to close). Nice area away from the crazy nightlife but a short taxi ride to it. Will stay again.

Stayed here for both work and vacation for 5 nights. Location is good, 5 minute walk to Omotesando station to get to Otemachi station and for work in 20 minutes. Different type of stores are around and a running path (Gaienmae) was nearby. It’s appreciated to have self-served beverages and lavatory products that we can choose what to grab to our rooms. The room is small but expected. It has a washing machine and microwave which are quite convenient for business purpose people. The AC place is not good - it’s facing the bed and it could be sometimes too cold or stuffy and it’s not easy to adjust. Service was good at front desk.
