This hotel is a to go place if you have an early morning flight from Tokyo. There’s no transportation available in Tokyo before 5AM and if your flight happens to be at 6 or 7 am you can be out of luck. Of course there are taxis if you’re ready to pay the premium. This hotel is right in the terminal so you literally get out the hotel to the check in area.

I would give 5 stars to a staff who stood to assist people with check in on 5/22/24 about 3:30 pm. He was very genuine, kind and professional. Without his assistance, I could not checked in. And I also forgot my room numbers by just grabbing a key card. He was still there to assist other customers’s check in. I asked if he can find my room number and he immediately assured me and returns key card in the envelope with my room #on. I thanked him many times but I wished I asked his name!. The room was very tiny but functional. Clean for sure and convenient that I could just check out and walk to the terminal 3. You will pay for the convenience. If you want a luxurious large room with same price, you will need a little further location from Haneda airport. If I may suggest, I wish the hallway’s carpet was easier for this old woman to pull luggage’s. If I had my husband with me, maybe not a big deal but it was tough pulling my luggage’s even they are brand new with very good wheels. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. And recommend anyone who seek a convenience of location, functional and simple room to sleep on.

I recently stayed at the Royal Park Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. My room was elegantly decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the modern comforts. Keep in mind that if you’re coming from abroad, you would have to go through Japan Immigration process to enter the country to get to Royal Park Hotel. The same process if you’re connecting via the terminal.

Convenient for overnight stay before continuing a journey. Connected to Haneda Terminal 3, so you don’t need to walk outside of the terminal. Good breakfast, clean rooms. Rooms are quite small, but are adequate for their overnight stay purpose.

Pillows were uncomfortable .There was only one charging port at one side of the bed. Place was ok.But the price of it wasn’t worth it to stay.And sadly the tv you have to pay for movies.Wished it had other options like Netflix or Hulu to log on.

Very convinient hotel as it is located right on Haneda Airport Term 3. Its minutes walking from the hotel to most internatinal flights check in desks. I recommend.

Perfect way to end a long haul flight! I usually book with this hotel after I land at Haneda last at night. A stress-free way to adjust jet lag without having to pull your suitcases around. The rooms are rather small, but you’d better off walking around the airport terminal. The dining options at the airport are extensive, and the observation deck is a great outdoor space to breathe and walk. The breakfast is decent, lots of options for both eastern and western taste. Protip: If you get a free drink ticket with your premium room, you can even use it to redeem alcoholic drinks!

I love everything about this hotel. Very clean, the check in and check out were very quick, everything was done through a machine and the staff was ready to help me. I stayed over a night only just for my layover at the Haneda Airport going back to the US but it was a fantastic stay after traveling for a month! At first, i thought this hotel is located inside the terminal 3 through the international connection but luckily I got a notice from the hotel saying that it is outside at the departure side of the airport. I had to go through the immigration check but it was easy to find.

This nice hotel is at terminal 3 departing area. Super convenient for check-in. Room is quiet and clean, and has all the comfort of stopping overnight. Service is attentive and efficient.

This is a convenient hotel if you need to stay for T3 flights as it’s located right next to the departures check in desks, but I would nt use it otherwise as the rooms are very small and need updating.
