I wont recommend this hotel we came in just 15 mins early from check in at 2 pm after a long journey from osaka the last 5 hotels we had from tokyo hakone osaka kyoto and narita was very accommodating 2 of them we had to check in early so we can get around for the day, but this hotel kept us waiting rhen all needs to line up and wait after 2 pm they could have let us in first come first serve buy they made us wait, also their laundry only allow starting at 8am which usually you fo around the area that time and do laundry later at night or early in the day. They are very rigid on their rules which why i wont book again on this hotel

Second visit to Tokyo and second stay at Tobu! Very convenient location just minutes from Shibuya station and crossing, shopping, and plenty of food options nearby. Rooms are clean with private bathroom. The front desk staff is always present and friendly. Will return again!

Even though the rooms are relatively small, you cannot beat the location of the hotel. Right next to the Shibuya Parco, the hotel puts you steps away from the Scramble and the incredible set of stores in Shibuya. If you're traveling solo and want a convenient place to stay, this is the place for you!

This hotel fit my needs. It was very dated. The bed was very hard. It was noisy on weekends. Laundry facility had dated machines. It was convenient that is was so close to central Shibuya. You will need to walk a bit to find a taxi since most are closer to the Scramble.

Over all is not bad I stay total 6days but the room have no heat for 2 days because the system is down .They need 2days to fix the problem.But hotel location is very good .Easy to go everywhere.Subway,bus stations is few min.walking distance.Shubuya station is a big station easy to transfer to different city.As a whole not bad.

Great location. Nice to have a 3 bed room. Didn’t mind the small size as it was expected. I like the bathroom toiletries provided. I didn’t find the room was very clean. The carpet under & between the beds had crumbs, loose change and a sock. I don’t think was vacuumed there between guests.

Decent for the Shibuya area
Pros: • Location is close to everything • Fair pricing for the room • Customer service, housekeeping was good • Lobby has several restaurants on site Cons: • Rooms are small. I got the larger room. • Property is old. Rooms are outdated • Lots of stains on room carpet. • Room walls are thin. Can hear neighbors.

Tobu hotel is in a great location and in walking distance of the sights of Shibuya. The hotel staff were lovely and the rooms, while small, were very comfortable and had every amenity you could need.

I was so happy to find a room with three beds. Pyjamas, slippers and toiletries all provided. Great location, close to Shibuya Sky. The staff was very helpful and luggage storage is available.

The staff was wonderfully helpful and professional. The location was very good. Next to Yoyogi Park and easy to walk to Shibuya station, shopping, restaurants, Meiji Shrine, and Harajuku. The rooms were just a little small, but that's not surprising for Tokyo.
