The mattress was so old that the metal bars sticking out and hurting my back the whole night. I told the staff about it and ask for another comforter to cushion; they have a blanket but it was still terrible. The mattress under the sheet was also full of hair and dirty.

The place is very convenient and clean. 5 minutes walks to stations and lots of foods to eat.

The view was amazing! I could see the Tokyo sky tower from my room, and walk to it in under 5 minutes. When booking the room, it said it was good for two people, however, it was one small bed, so that made it a bit difficult. They also didn't have Daily room cleaning which might be something I'm used to in the us, but did surprise me some. Aside from that, the location was pretty good, and was close to many things. The room served it's purpose for a sleeping place!

OK place to stay for one night
They were very nice about keeping our luggage for us. However, there was never anyone at the front desk. The hotel cleaning staff was helpful and called the phone number at the desk and found the receptionist for us.

No estuvo mal pero no fue de lo mejor
En general estuvo limpio y tenía todo lo necesario el personal amable y fue fácil comunicarse. Los contras fueron que la habitación por alguna razón estaba muy fría sin importar que estuviera la calefacción prendida. Y la cama estaba muy incómoda como que ya estaba viejo el colchón

以前は値段も安いのでまあこのくらいのもんかと思って泊まれていましたが、最近は都内のホテルどこも全てが値上がりしたせいで部屋のレベル的に割高な感は否めない。それでも他よりは安いが。。 またUSBの差し込み口が無いのは不便。

部屋に入った瞬間カビ臭い タオルを使ったら体が痒くなり、炎症した ベッドやお風呂場に長い髪の毛が落ちていて不満を感じました。 コインランドリーの乾燥機を使っても乾燥しない もう2度と利用しないです

車など外からの騒音が気になった。しかし、コンパクトな部屋ながら必要な物は殆ど揃っており良かった。またチェックイン、チェックアウトは簡素で便利であった。

子連れには向かないホテル
子連れなのに最上階の特別に窓3つが全開になる部屋に案内されました。大人3人同時に飛び降りれるくらい窓が開き子連れの私は落ち着いて寝たりシャワーやトイレも出来ないので部屋を変えて貰いました。それでも窓は他のホテルより結構開くのでチャイルドロック的なものを施しました。あと、オートロックではないのが私には少し不便でした。

滞在出来て　良かったですよ、お部屋は　清潔でしたし、冷蔵庫も　あるし、レンジも　使えて、ただ　唯一　食事は　自分で、まああ　でも　それは　自分で　買って、　部屋で　食べれば　良いし、エアコンも　使えて、快適でした。また　行きたくなりました。
