My family stayed at Akasaka Sui Hotel for 10 days and we were happy each day being greeted by the excellent and friendly staff who were always available to help out when needed. Rooms were cleaned every other day and towels were always readily available. They provided a 'Happy Hour' with complimentary drinks. The hotel's nearest transit station is 'Harry Potter' themed and it was such an amazing station with a Harry Potter Cafe. (I'm not even a fan, but thought it was so cool :). There are nearby cafes, bakeries and a delicious ramen resto! Nice quiet area to 'come home to' after a busy day. All in all, a great hotel especially at the price we managed to get. On our last day, we got photos with the staff and loved how they bowed to honour guests as they departed from their hotel. Thank you!!! :)

This was our first time in Japan, and it was an amazing experience! The staff at Hotel Sui Akasaka are the best! I will definitely stay here again. You have a 7/11 next door and so much food to choose around, perfect spot

I was concern this hotel was rated 2 Star but to my surprise, it is anything but. I would rate this 3 star for facilities but 5 Star for total experience. People say Tokyo rooms are small. I agree but as a single traveller, I don't feel cramped. Just the right size. I've given full marks for everything apart from facility because the lack of cupboard. Other than that, amazing staff service, friendly but not OTT friendly. I think polite is the better word. Everything I would asked for as a single traveller is there. They even comes with washing machine and dryer. The roof top rest area is beautiful. They have a cafe/work space with a terrace where I can sits and relax. Drinks available to buy at reasonable price. Spotlessly clean bathroom. Looks brand new. Attention to details. The room even came with a dehumidifier which is rather odd. Not a small window at all. It's a 5 mins walk to the Akasaka Metro. It is on the Chiyoda line which is so assessible to interchange stations. There is a shopping centre on the metro when I can eat and buy food at the supermarkets. Fantastic quiet and safe area with plenty of tourist-friendly restaurants. I love this hotel so much that I will be booking again next year.
