When I checked in there was a desk clerk who was not very polite. Others are very polite and attentive.

Eco-friendly in Tokyo
Really convenient location to a couple of metro lines and a 5 or so minute walk to the fish market. Efficient check-in and a good hotel for eco-conscious travellers. Rooms are small, as is standard for Tokyo. I'd recommend the twin bed for couples wanting space.

This Hotel was just perfect! Location is great, 2 minutes walk from 2 different metro lines. Less that 30 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, a major metro/train station. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The room was super clean, with a fridge and desk. I really enjoyed my stay there

It's an older property. My room was at the far end corner; there was no wifi!! As an international traveler with no cell data it was a huge issue.

Reasonably Priced and Clean
Reasonably priced and clean hotel that is aging. I am sure they are doing some updates soon. For us it was an excellent to walk to the Tsukiji market first thing in the morning. It was a short walk and allowed us to move on to other adventures planned for the day. This is also reasonably walkable to lots of high class shopping.

We stayed there for one night and it was great. Customer service helped us alot. They offer a bus to Tokyo station for free. There is a laundromat and it's free to use (they also sell laundry detergent). It's less than a 10 min walk to the fish market.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. There are some restaurants around. The room is very typical of hotel rooms in Japan, which means it was very small, but also it was very clean. No complaints since I booked the room last minute (20 minutes before I checked-in). Staff was friendly.

Got to the hotel way before checkin so the hotel stored our suitcases for us while we went out. Staff are friendly and helpfully. We managed to book a tour for 6 just a day in advance at the hotel. Could do with tea/coffee in the room as all they had was green tea, not a big issue since convenient stores are so close. Hotel is so close to a metro station and is in a quiet area however never felt scared walking around at night. Really good rates for 3 beds (which is hard to find in Tokyo).

Fun time in Tokyo
Fun! Easy to get around the neighborhood and close to Tokyo Station. One of us had a broken ankle, so the front desk loaned us a wheel chair to use in the hotel. Very helpful.

I’d re-book.
No general complaints. Only good things to report. Ginza is a great part of town and I was happy I stayed there. I stayed in two other parts of Tokyo (one being shinjuku) and wanted to go back to Ginza once I left. The hotel room I booked was surprisingly small, but being alone I didn’t mind. I wouldn’t put more than two people in that room because of the size. There are vending machines in the hotel which was nice and they supply you with small essential things such as toothbrush, hair brush, ear swabs, etc. Hotel staff was nice and welcoming. For the price, this was a great stay.

Nice hotel - great location
Hotel is in a great location. Within 2 blocks of two stations. However both stations have steps only so I hope you pack light. We stayed one night because we wanted to be near Tokyo station. Price was very reasonable. Lawson’s right next door and within a few blocks of 7-11 and 100 yen store. Lots of restaurants within 2-3 blocks. We had a triple room. Was within standards of Japanese room. I would recommend it.

This place totally fits my need as I was traveling alone and what I wanted is simply a single room with certain level of tidiness and cleanliness and bargain rates. Regarding the transport, it is close to two different metro stations that have access to two different metro lines, which was convenient to me as I bought the 72h metro pass.

The hotel was great for convenience of getting anywhere. Rooms are quite small and lacking space to put luggage. Subway was across the road with another line 400m down the road. Breakfasts are not catering for the westerner as little choice but if your after the Japanese breakfast the range was good.

Great capsule hotel
Quite a walk from Higashi-Ginza strain, but it's a great capsule hotel with very friendly staff and good services.
