Property is beautiful and has many facilities. The rooms were equiped with many appliances, including iron, and ironing board, a microwave, fridge, and a table. The only thing that I didnt like was the toilets inability to flush, and the fridge stinking.

The room we stayed in had an a/c unit that was loud and never turned off unless we turned it completely off. The maintenance person said that was normal but it’s not normal anywhere else we’ve stayed.The breakfast wasn’t great but luckily there was a place next door for breakfast. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel called Beef Obrady. I was skeptical because it didn’t look great from the outside but inside was a different story. The food was great and so was the service. This hotel is ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t recommend for longer than that.

Very noisy rooms. Walls seemed to be paper thin. We could hear people talking and tvs through the walls. They were speaking in normal tones, but we could still hear them. The motel is old and needs work.

Just a heads up, they either have paper thin walls or return vents some where inbetween rooms. I was awoken by what sounded like someone looking through a grocery bag of stuff like i had in the bathroom. I swear to god i thought someone had broken into the room and was seaeching for something im the dark somehow. It was when i then heard water running from the bathroom rom area that i realized no one was actually im the room but it was coming from the room next to us. It was a decent place to stay just thought id help someone out by giving them a heads up.

The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and checked us into our room early so that we could enjoy the pool. we had a six person suite I want to give a shout out to Valerie. She helped us get fresh bedding for the pull out sofa. She went over and above and also got our towels right away for the pool. Microwave and fridge was also a bonus and saved us money during lunch as we bought food to heat up and ate at the hotel. Breakfast the next morning was great: eggs, sausage, parfaits, waffles, bagels, fruit, muffins, coffee and juices. It was great! Would recommend for a quick stay if you’re visiting the Kennedy space centre or want to stay near the cruise ports!

I like how the hotel was very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. But 2 complaint is that the room that we were in has a lot of bugs and mosquitoes flying around and the faucet was very close to the side of the sink. It’s making it hard to wash hands and wash face without touching the side.

This hotel was booked for a fun weekend with the family, but using the room's facilities was not fun at all. The shower was filthy, and there were hairs in the towels. The TV clothes cabinet reeked of humidity. Despite all the negatives, the hotel staff's service was stunning, and even, out of this world. The staff were always concerned for our wellbeing and made sure we were having a good time.

The convenience to the space center was great and the staff operating breakfast was fantastic! However in the room some of the linens were dirty and the shower water did not get warm.

This is a real value. Clean with an on premises restaurant and a free breakfast in a separate area. May not be a 5 star, but it is a very practical place to stay

I paid extra to have two king rooms and upon arrival, they did not have two king rooms set aside for me. The girl at the front desk did nothing to resolve this issue. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes, must and mold even though the room looks clean. We still felt the need to do a bed bug check and re-clean surfaces. Of all the best westerns i stayed in this was probably the worst.

This was obviously an old facility. Furniture was old, room had an old and musty smell, shower has no shower gel or shampoo in dispenser. Breakfast was good Would not recommend this hotel

The hotel was okay for the price. It is hotel where a lot of workers stay so they have equipment and grills and boats in the parking area. no shower curtain in the bathroom which caused water all over. The Breakfast area was cramped.

The photo shows a nice hotel. It is not. It is nothing like the photo.The rooms are not connected to the check in area and there are no elevators. Handicapped folks have no way to get to second floor. The breakfast area is located in a third building and is so small that a handicapped person can not get in to eat. Many folks would open the door and turn around and leave. This hotel is a one star at best. Those is the second worst hotel I have stayed in since 1972 and I’ve traveled all over the world in my work and and family travel's. No longer will stay at a Best Western property.

The place is much like many people have stated in the past. Stayed due to arriving in Orlando very early in the morning and it was close to I95. Room was clean and did the job for the 7hrs it was needed but unfortunately that's it in my opinion would not stay past 1 night

Paid extra money for a king bed and we got 1 full sized bed. Room smelled terrible and the walls were so paper thin we could hear everything the neighboring room was saying and doing. Folks were playing very, very loud music as well. We left almost as soon as we arrived. We do not recommend this hotel.

Hygiene product dispensers in room didnt work and there were no mini bottles available. Towels were stained. Bathroom fan didnt work and shower steam made everything wet.

Pictures do lie. Where do i start. First we couldn't find the lobby. No signs. Room was small, dirty, smelly. Seemed like people were smoking even though it says no smoking room. "Queen"beds were barely full size. AC unit was so old shaking when on. There was a smell coming from the sink that was disgusting. I've got nothing nice to say honestly.
